I had Parker come out and he was unable to find anything. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.

I love Bakers Heating & Air. We have used them for service for years and we used them to replace a 20 year old HVAC unit. Any time we need service they come right away and take care of our needs ASAP they are professional and never leave a mess.

Bakers is the best! Always courteous and honest. Often same day service if requested. I am grateful to my neighbor who recommended them, I won’t even consider another AC service.

Last night, in desperation I reached out to Baker's. It was after 6:30pm. Speaking with the message center I briefly explained the frustration we were dealing with and asked to have the office give me a ring in the morning. It was not really an emergency to us because we've been dealing with no a/c for the better part of 5 months. To my surprise, this morning I noticed a missed call from last night right after we got off the phone with the call center. When I called back it was Baker's. Jim came out early in the day, gave us his assessment and assured us we would hear from them in the morning.I can't say enough nice things about the degree of great customer service.

I have used Baker Heating and Air for decades. They are reliable and always show up when expected. The service technicians are professional and exceptionally polite. It is such a pleasure doing business with this company!

Bakers promptly came when I called with issue with AC. Great service. Parker is professional, careful and very knowledgeable. So grateful for we bought from them.

The guy came out today for my regular maintenance visit. He found that the heat was not turning on. Also I told him how the internet would not connect. After about a half of an hour he found that the thermostat was bad. He changed out the thermostat and completed all of the maintenance. He even changed the filters for me. I tell you the maintenance contract is well worth the 180.00$ price tag. I was not charged for a maintenance call or the time it took to figure out what was wrong! I swear by these guys. They have never attempted to steer me wrong and have always been good to me over the last 20 years!!! This company has saved me money in the long run. I've heard some of the horror stories people have told me about contractors ripping people off. They won't do that, as they are an honest company! I would never use another company!!!

What a wonderful experience! Noell was a friendly technician and knowledgeable. Prompt service is always appreciated. Will continue my business with Baker through a yearly service plan as well. Trustworthy!

Once again, Baker's heating and air continues to meet and exceed expectations. I have been dealing with this company for 3 years or more now and they are always able to fix things and usually at a more economical price than some of their competitors. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are punctual and to keep in great communication with their progress. They are just the first call I make anytime I need help with my AC and always will be.

We have used Baker's since 2013.
You cannot get a more talented and responsive team than this. We have an annual contract for our condo as well as mother in laws. (It's Florida, you need good HVAC coverage!) We have needed emergency service at both location in the past. Just today (Sunday) my mother in law's AC went out. Baker's came out on a Sunday morning, fixed the issue and charged a very fair price. Everyone is cool again.
I will never change HVAC companies!!
