What a breathe of fresh air! Both literally and figuratively. Called with an A/C problem, and Service Pros quickly dispatched a tech to investigate. Showed up on time and got right to work identifying my problem. (Freon leak). Ugh! If you’ve ever had one, you know it is not easy to find let alone fix. My tech was persistent and was able to find the leak ultimately by listening and looking. Luckily for me, the unit was still under warranty, and better yet, Setvice Pros took care of dealing with the manufacturer (Rheem)for me. After receiving the part, they returned within one day and complete the repair. No delays , no up charges, no bullish!t, just good solid service. Will and do recommend Service Pros if you’re looking for a quality contractor that is a throwback to when service mattered. Kudos to the owner(manager)😉and the tech. Great job fellas.

They came and diagnosed my A/C for Select Home Warranty. The service tech was very nice and did a good job. Select Home Warranty is very very bad. They denied a bad evap coil because it leaked. If you're considering Select Home Warranty don't waste your money.

Always reliable,and trustworthy. They don’t upsell but fix any problem. Only when absolutely necessary do they suggest a new unit. Love service pro and would recommend them 100x over.

We had such a bad experience. Our back bedroom still has water damage from the tech stepping on the drain line in the attic, and they only gave us $250 off because they said it’s not their fault that they stepped on the drain line and flooded our back bedroom causing major water damage. Do not use this company they do not take accountability for their actions. 4 months later we are still trying to save money to fix what they broke.

Service pro team was on time, professional, and customer service was great! Steve installed my minisplit and it is working well and the team address all questions promptly. I would highly recommend.

Whoever the second young man was that came to solve issue of the first tech I was thrilled to see . He has helped me out in past and never an issue after he leaves . Company is a great company ! Hiring and training can be a challenge which I understand - They always respond timely

I had called them to help me with the remodel of my mothers home that was built in 1960. Other companies said that it could be done for an outrageous amount of money. Baker's came and made me feel at ease and fully explained how they can put two mini splits in because of the age of the house and no attic space. Joe was fantastic explaining every step. Instillation was quick and great. I would highly recommend them.

These guys helped me and my family out in a pinch and we can not thank them enough. We had another company come out and tell us we needed a new contactor and it would be $400… We called Bakers AC shortly after and Josh was here within minutes. He notified me that everything was left unplugged and disconnected from previous tech and that not only did we not need a new part, the Ac was running perfectly fine. I cant tell you how refreshing it is to see that kind of Honesty in this day and age. Highly recommend these guys!

Bakers has always been great ever since we knew them on Pine Island years ago. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, prompt, honest, fair, ..... you can't go wrong calling on them for your A/C needs. They helped us out recently post hurricane Ian when our A/C needed service. Joe came out and it was a snap. Thank you.

My AC went out recently during a heat wave and Baker got out right away and fixed it. They have done a great job of keeping my old AC unit going. Their rates are very reasonable also. I strongly recommend them.

Excellent and honest customer service. I called them at 730 PM and they arrived before 8 PM, immediately found my leak and added refrigerant. The next day, they got the part under warranty and replaced it the following day. Our house stayed cool the entire time and they did exactly as promised. Price was great, the service was fast and honest with no salesmen. Only company I will use.

On Saturday night the temp in my home was 84 degrees.
I called Bakers and a human answered the phone!!!!. The gentleman took my name, cel# and address and told me a tech would call me back. In 15 min Alex called and said he was on another location but would call me after he was complete. This was around 9:00pm and raining. He was at my home by 9:45. He know what the problem was and solved it in 25 min.
Alex was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is a wonderful representative of Bakers. After solving the problem, he told me of Bakers preventive maintainance program which I signed up for.
