Got recommendations about Bakers from people in my complex in Fort Myers Florida as we live in Indiana and bought our condo there 2 years ago and knew nothing about the businesses in the area. Smart choice by us to choose Bakers. Called them from Indiana and they did everything else. Great price. Great service. Great techs. Joe K is the best. Told us what they would do and they did it. What a piece of mind knowing we bought something with a ten year warranty and if we ever have a problem we get to deal with a company that has already put the proof in the pudding. Baker’s Heating and Air Conditioning has always been our go-to a/c company and here’s why: they could’ve sold us an a/c unit years ago when I was fed up with our old one breaking. Instead, they repaired it under warranty. They didn’t have to do that — they didn’t install the original unit. They were HONEST and knowledgable. Our a/c worked for a long time after that and when it finally came time to replace it, we knew just who to call. Over the years of getting to know them, we learned they are also family owned and local and they are active members of our community who give back. We’re grateful to have found them and 10/10 would recommend no doubt!

Bakers heating and air conditioning is a great company to work with!! They are family owned and truly know the quality of treating everyone like their own. They are quick, efficient, loyal, amazing quality, knowledgeable, professional and everything in between! Their emergency after hours staff are great too in those last minute pinches. It’s a tough job to work in attics in Florida to keep us all cool but Bakers hands down is the best out there!! Of course a/c units only stop working after hours, but I always receive a call back promptly and same day service.
