The technician showed up early and was very knowledgeable. Suggested a product to properly clean out air-conditioning drain. I appreciate that. Very helpful with all my questions. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Mike came out and determined I had a bad fan motor in my air handler and a possible leak because the pressure was low. The first estimate was $1000 to find the leak. Then determined the leak was so bad I needed a new handler and since the unit was ten years old, a condenser too totaling $10,000.
I called CJ's Heating and Air in Cape Coral. They said the pressure was low because the system wasn't running. They replaced the air handler fan motor for $1,595 and the system runs great now and pressure is fine. If you want an honest and competent repair company, I suggest CJ's Heating and Air.
Update: I also found out Mike charged my tenants in the home twice. $150 for a house call charged two times on their credit card.

Mike is great. He came out at 6 pm on a Saturday night to diagnose our problem. He’s going to get us all fixed up while we’re up north and have the house ready for us when we come back in 10 days.

Air Conditioning Repair responded promptly when we called. The gentleman helping us was very professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone needed any air conditioning services.

Took out a contract with air conditioner repair of Cape Coral and met with Lee and Ryan they came and gave us an idea of what we needed to have to replace our air conditioner unit these two gentlemen were very knowledgeable very courteous and friendly they were also very professional we took their advice and contracted with the their company to put in a new air conditioning unit which they did then Lee and Ryan came back to the house to do an inspection to make sure everything was done well so that we would have no problems passing the inspection again very prompt very courteous very professional I would highly recommend everybody use this company the people that they hire are above reproach I can't say enough nice things about Lee and Ryan they are too great fellas I give them five stars all day long

Derek came to my house to check on an issue I was having with my air conditioner. He is a fantastic guy, so knowledgeable, professional, thorough and patient. He explained everything he was doing, inside and outside to the ac. He even took before and after pictures of what he did. He answered all the questions I had. I was so impressed by him that I signed up for the yearly service plan. I am so glad I called them.

Very Happy with the service. I contacted Non-stop Air based on their google review. When I woke up this morning I noticed my air stoped working I contacted Nonstop air and they were able to fit me in same day. Derek was my service tech and he was very professional and polite. He was able to diagnose to problem. Explained everything to me and have me up and running before he left. They don’t try and push you into any add on services just very straight forward. I was truly grateful and happy to see such efficiency and professionalism.

Caleb came out on 1hr notice to help stop a leak, great attitude and knowledge. Fixed the issue and gave recommendations for going forward. Rather than wait I purchased a new unit and Angel and Roque came the following Wednesday to install it. Great efficient and quick work they had everything up and running in no time. Our air conditioner had an issue with the inside blower not working. The technician was able to identify the problems, and sort everything out while providing options. Very knowledgeable. He even called in extra help and stayed overtime on a Friday to resolve our issues. Very professional, very kind and considerate.
