High Tide is now our property manager. They are outstanding in that they see all the details, see what needs attention and quickly take care of any issues. They also have a very good asthetic sense and can recommend changes to the property that will improve it.

This is a family owned and operated local Florida business. What a PLEASURE it was working with them. Jen (the owner) and her husband have 1 superintendent and even the father chips in his time. They did a remodel of our master bathroom. From the time of the estimate to picking out tile and colors and grout it was just so nice and pleasant and kind. Jen’s vision is great and she is also accommodating with ideas outside of the box. They did quality work, kept things as clean as possible and finished according to schedule. Hire this business. You WON’T BE SORRY!

They did a fantastic job bringing my kitchen from the 1980s to the modern era! Even with a few changes I made, the process was easy, the workmanship is fantastic and they are going to do another project for me soon!

We’re very happy with High Tide! Our AC stopped working (right when we had company over), and after two other companies never called us back, High Tide got us scheduled within an hour. They quickly fixed the issue and had us back in cool air fast. Super professional and responsive—we’ll definitely be using them again as our system gets older. Highly recommend!

The High Tide team has been nothing short of spectacular. Jennifer initially came to review my kitchen. She offered several suggestions on my remodel that I hadn’t even considered. Her suggestions made a big difference to the overall project. The guys that came out to do the work were true craftsmen. My house is 23 years old but they were able to make everything fit as planned. We have nothing but great things to say about the HTR team. From the planning process with Jen to the demolition and renovation of our kitchen, bar area and living room area with Skip, Ernie and team, everything was handled perfectly. These guys showed up on time every day, helped us with some design tweaks during the renovation that made perfect sense and were meticulous with their work. Very pleasant team to work with, highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!

High Tide helped us recover from Hurricane Ian. Our home was flooded and we were so fortunate to find High Tide! They rebuilt our kitchen, bathrooms and part of our living room as well as providing guidance on various other pieces of our renovation. Jennifer’s eye for detail and design is impeccable, and Skip is truly a visionary in remodeling. High Tide provided high quality work on time while working within our budget. Ian destroyed our condo.We felt very fortune to have found High Tide Renovations.We were 1200 miles away working with them.They took the time to FaceTime if there were questions. I made a few trips down and met with Jennifer to select the materials. She was very knowledgeable about the products.Skip and Ernie are very knowledgeable and conscious about the work they do.They are the first to say I don’t like the way that looks. My husband has a saying they all have a license to lie.I heard him telling a neighbor this was the first contractors he trusted. They have proven that in our condo.I would and
