Great customer service. Had a scheduling conflict come up and they were willing to help me find the day I needed. AC maintenance is worth it and I’ll definitely be calling back for an annual service.

The St Clair Brothers Greg & Mark and their Team of Professional Technician’s are awesome.
To make a long story short, both of our commercial A/C roof units got destroyed from flying debris of hurricane ian. Due to the fact that we know the St Clair’s family for the good of 20 plus years from playing icehockey with and against them, and used them for all our residential and commercial A/C maintenance and new installations, Mark was a phone call away and on our rooftop the day after hurricane Ian hit the cape.
He immediately assessed the situation and helped me with sealing up the two old a/c openings, to prevent any water damages.
Greg and Mark calculated and found us two brand new commercial direct units , and had custom made Cat 5 brackets and holders per Miami Date specs ordered, and within less than FOUR weeks installed!!!!
All new highly efficient and quiet and new WiFi Thermostats.
They laid down tarps and plywood so that our roof was not damaged from their technicians walking and moving the old and new units, clean work inside and out.
You guy’s and your Team of technicians ROCK.

Taran Trantham arrived when he was scheduled to, checked the entire system, troubleshot and pinpointed the problem, explained the problem and how long it would take to repair the leak and recharge the system and how much it would cost. Taran was very helpful in fixing the problem and explaining everything in a courteous and professional manner. I was very pleased with his service.

They have unprofessional Van drivers .I was turning from Daniel’s to 41 North he was behind me and pushing me by getting to close behind me after I turn.I was trying to merge next lane and he suddenly make aggressive left and to next lane and start squees me to side of the road from merging lane . Definitely I am not giving my business this company they have drivers unprofessional and aggressive reckless. I don’t have to wonder how they are doing their job with that attitude.PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS KIND OF PEOPLE SO THEY CAN GO AND TAKE THEIR ATTITUDE WEHERE THEY BRING IT FROM

My AC was not cooling properly and Mark from St. Clair's easily diagnosed and resolved the issue at hand. He was also very friendly and patiently answered every technical question I had. Thank you for the great service!

Have been a customer of StClair’s Air for about 12years. Wanted complete new variable system and St Claire came with a full crew and installed everything on time. They cleaned up and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend if you’re in Southwest Florida.

Before I purchased this house, I was renting. A new AC was installed by St Clair's. The landlord last purchased a 1 yr maintenance on Sept 3 2020. The company skipped the following/ final maintenance, which should have been performed in March. I was unaware of this so was the landlord. I purchased the home Sept of 21. I went up in attic and noticed the overflow pan was full of water. I called the company and they sent a tech out. This is when the company realized they missed the maintenance appt. He performed a service, unclogging the pipe, then vacuuming the water from the blower side of machine. I had inquired about replacing the wet insulation rather than vacuuming. I was told it is a big job, and the boss wants him to vacuum it. Had the company not missed the appt, most likely non of this would have happened. I have since used a different tech to work on my machine. For the last few months I have been smelling bad odor when the ac turns on. I assumed the ducts needed replaced. After replacing the ducts, I still have a smell. I had my tech open the blower side of unit to replace the insulation and it was wet/foul smell. I called St Clair's to inform them to to inquire about having them replace the insulation on the coil side of the unit. $700 is the only way he will come do it. Reason being he won't warranty, is because I started using a different tech to work on my machine. St Clair's is not willing to stand by to make things right when they miss an appointment leading to bigger issues. On the bright side, I have new ducts and I have my tech coming out to replace the coil side insulation. Final complaint, the install crew did leave a mess in attic. They could have and should have brought all trash down with them when they were finished. I wish St Clair's well.

I choose St. Clair Custom Air to replace my home air conditioning system about 5 years ago, and have been very happy with the system and their service since installation.

This company was incredible, 1 call , next day they showed up, incredibly professional! No up sales , no fan fare and simply did more then what was asked of ! The technician , was quiet , incredibly knowledgeable and was quite friendly ! When I received the bill , I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was informative, easy to read with all the information needed for the call and the future of the equipment!
I will never use any other company ! The office staff was equally knowledgeable and very responsive and personal! A 5 star ⭐️ company!

The company is great. Josh came out to check and service our air conditioning for my warranty company. The warranty company "Choice Home Warranty " who denied the claim because the coil had rust on it. Don't use the warranty company. Josh was very understanding. He offered us options and the possibly of financing the new system. The installers came the next day. On time, polite, hard working and cleaned up everything when done. The new system that josh recommended is excellent. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company to do your air conditioning/heating needs. However do not sign up with "choice home warranty". This is the second time they denied a claim. First was for a hot water heater. They denied because it was a "low boy" heater. Rip off company.

After 14 Years we decided to replaced all 3 of our AC's. St. Clairs had servicing our old AC's for Years and we where happy with them at all the time. After negotiating the best fitting models for our needs and of course getting a package price it took just 5 days until they start with replacing the old ones which was finished within 2 days. Really thank you for the fast replacement. Now we just waiting for the final inspection.

This is a very professional business. Quick to respond, fair pricing, great quality work.

Update - the company has been great to follow through with reminders of scheduled maintenance that is due and covered.by their warranty.

St Claire’s Custom Air scheduled time to fix my ac unit within 23 hours of my call. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem the same day! Very polite and responsive staff!

The guys from St Claire are a great bunch of service people. They have been taking care of me for. About 15 years and they know their stuff. Always courteous and polite. And HOnest. When they fix something it is fixed.
I live in an out of the way place and they make it a point to get to
me when they say they will and ALWAYS A FAIR AND DECENT PRICE .I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
