I had service performed by a different, larger company that not only did not resolve the malfunction with the HVAC unit, but charged through the nose for the repair work, and tried to sell me on a brand new HVAC system.

Marc from St. Clair's Custom air came out and inspected the system, figured out that there was no mechanical issues with it, and that it was a faulty sensor that needed to be replaced. The part was under warranty and the total repair cost less than half what I was charged, with no attempts to upsell!

Don't make the same mistake, don't go for a bigger company first, get the truth up front and a fair price for quality service!

The service technician was timely, knowledgeable and professional throughout the service call. The emergency phone service provided information and assistance to help us and schedule non emergency service that saved us money. The technician also explained the contract service that saved us over another hundred dollars. I will post this on Nextdoor with a highly recommendation.

I’ve had st. Clair servicing my ac for years with no complaints. We’ve had others before who would skip steps and take the easy way out. In Florida, ac maintenance is a serious matter and I’ve had no reservations or complaints with trusting st. Clair for this task.

I am very happy with the service that St Clair's provided and would definitely recommend them to anyone. The team has always been polite and professional! My HVAC air handler and condenser were in very poor shape - constantly needing coolant recharges. I was working with a home warranty company and St Clair's was very quick to respond and work with the warranty company on a solution to get the unit replaced. St Clair's provided me a quote on what was covered and not covered and they were not trying to overcharge me for items not needed like a competitor was. When St Clair's installed the new HVAC system - it went very quick. They came back a few weeks later to do a routine check to ensure the system was working correctly and make sure it is up to local code. The new HVAC system has been working great and can cool the house much quicker than my old unit. Thank you!

I called St Clair's for an estimate on a new AC system, Greg came out and saw problems with the existing ductwork. He suggested moving the air handler for better airflow. Greg redesigned a new flex duct system with additional return ducts. Now my house gets excellent airflow in all rooms. They installed American Standard Platinum Series equipment. And it performs as Greg said it would, he was the first AC guy that was truly honest about what needed to be done to fix the problems I had. The installers Danny and louis we're great. Danny was excellent, he spent three days in the Attic building the duct system in the middle of July, I can't say enough about his professionalism and ability to keep pushing and completing the job. St Clair's Custom Air lived up to everything that they promised on a tough job. I would recommend St Clair's for your air conditioning needs.

St. Claire’s communicated with me very well, respected the property and we’re highly professional. Marc communicated very well the time the technician would be there and when they finished. We will continue using them for all of our HVAC needs going forward. The second time we had an issue, we weren’t even home and they notified us that our system was shut down (via home diagnostics), they went out and serviced, sent us a bill through text message and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

St. Clair's Custom Air are a top notch organization. They are extremely responsive and excellent at what they do. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. If you need help with your HVAC these are the people to call!

I have been using this company for 14 years. They've earned my loyalty– and that of my family, as well. There's a LOT of AC companies to chooses from down here... but St. Clair's has never given me reason to look elsewhere.

Very professional group. Business owner showed up for the proposal and did a good job of explaining options, including that the most expensive option was not needed for the size of my place. Installation team was on time, efficient and left the work area perfectly clean. Follow up QC inspector explained system and assist in setting up the remote capabilities. Very pleased that I selected this group and I am very comfortable in recommending them.

We have used St Clair since 2012 for our homes. They are wonderful to deal with, do great work and are very pleasant! We also purchases a whole home AC unit two years ago and very pleased!

This company has dedicated workers who are considerate of owners like Morales. The owner Greg keeps his finger on the pulse of every job and stands behind his companies work. Cheryl in the office provides incredible customer support. St. Claire
will educate customers on options and help you with the pros and cons of your choices. I am qualified to recommend this company having watched them install 40 units in our rebuild.

I wanted to update this review. Years later and St. Clairs is still my AC maintenance company for my home. The entire staff is great to deal with and you can count on them to take care of your AC needs in your home and never feel like you are being ripped off like some other companies in this area.

My business was recently broken into and the main damage was done through the AC unit. The incident happened in the early hours of a Sunday morning. St Clair's Custom Air was not only at the location on Sunday but they made sure that my business was up and running with a working AC by Monday morning before the business opened. This AC company could have taken advantage of the situation being that it was a break in and added charges to the bill so I could put it through the insurance, but the team at St Clair's are honest hard working people who fixed the damage at a reasonable cost without having to put an insurance claim. Had just called to have our ac service scheduled with St Clair Air. But last evening it stopped working. I left an emergency voice mail call about 1am. They called
us at 8am when they opened and said a tech would be out sometime between 10-11. The tech arrived at 9:45 and had it fixed by 10:30. Thank you so much. Your response time is awesome.

St Clair’s Custom Air is awesome to work with. They installed my new air conditioner about 5 years ago. I use their maintenance program and they are here every six months inspecting the air conditioner. If I ever have a problem I can call them day or night and they come out to fix it, even on holidays.

St. Clair Air does maintenance on our AC 3 times a year. The technicians are very thorough and explain everything they’re going to do. They always ask if I have any questions and take the time to explain so I understand. St. Clair is a great company.
