Ultimate air is a savior. the old a/c was a piece of junk, less than 2 yrs old, had multiple leaks. The company who had the warranty would not back up and tried to get us to buy a mix and match a/c unit. I called Ultimate air; they came analyze the complete system including the vent sizes. They detected the problem, size, with multiple leaks, quoted us for a lesser price, a new efficient a/c. for a better name brand unit, Rheem, complete with new piping. Ultimate is the company to go to if you want outstanding service, equipment and professionalism. Ultimate air is my company

Ultimate was fabulous and ULIMATE! Nathan let me know what he was discovering and asked on each installation if I wanted the item. Luckily, wasn’t as bad as expected and actually was consistent with a normal yearly checkup with a few items. I’m all back in working order thanks to Nathan. He is a great front statement for your company!!!

Our ac stopped working last night and I made a call first thing this morning, after a quick chat an appointment was set and someone was on their way in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced and quick to fix the problem! Mike was so nice and easy to work with. Also, all this on a Sunday!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

We just had our second annual maintenance for 2025. Mike is amazing. We have used this company since 2022. Great service. Honest. Fairly priced. It’s nice to to know they are always there for us. I highly recommend them.

While I appreciate the service provided by Ultimate Homes Cooling & Electrical, I was very disappointed by the 50% increase in their annual maintenance agreement! I have been a loyal customer since 2020 when they installed my A/C unit, and I can understand a small increase, but this increase was very large. Their service agreement use to be reasonable but now it’s very expensive.

I have only ever used this company since my house was built. Extremely responsive, always quick to come out and fair with pricing. Always a pleasure to use and will recommend whenever the opportunity arises!

Showed up on time, technician was very nice & explained everything. Replaced a part at the time of the maintenance check so didn't have a make another trip back. Would definitely recommend Ulitimate Homes!

We love Ultimate Homes & Cooling! We are just over a year dealing with Florida heat on our AC and Ultimate Homes & Cooling has saved us more than once… keeping us cool and saving us money! Super friendly and Nate always takes great care of us!

The folks at Ultimate Cooling and Electrical are an awesome group of people. They came into my home and custom built an A/C that not only accommodates my requested features but was reasonably priced and has worked great for the two summers that I have had it. My monthly power bill has been significantly lower too. They come to service it every 6 months and have a great service contract that saves me money on the routine maintenance for the system. Whenever I have had any questions after hours there is always a serviceman available to address my question. I have never had any problems with the system but when my over flow pipe got plugged up with slime the on call serviceman told me exactly how to correct it over the phone. The office people are also very nice and helpful too. I can count on them to keep track of my maintenance need and let me know when it is time to schedule routine service. I highly recommend that if you need A/C replacement, repair or service give Ultimate Air a call. They are dependable and trustworthy.

Owner came out to fix our heat pump, very polite. Didn’t excellent job diagnosed and fixed. Called in the morning and they were here by the afternoon. Would definitely recommend them

Daniel and Tyler showed up on time, did a thorough assessment of the work I needed done, ordered the parts and will be back as soon as they arrive to install them. Very professional and polite with great customer service. I have also used them in the past to install my Tesla home charger and that was also a great experience. I definitely recommend them for any of your electrical needs!

Excellent choice for us!! We needed an electrician for some outside work. We called on Saturday late in the day and an
electrician was out Monday morning to help us. He diagnosed the problem instantly, replaced the faulty part and then double checked that everything worked. The price was very reasonable and the work was detailed and thoroughly checked. I would highly recommend this company.

We chose this business because it said Veteran owned! The gentlemen that ran out electricity for ceiling fans were very polite & conscientious. They worked well together & cleaned up after themselves! We were very satisfied with their work ethic. Job well done!

A little disappointed in the $99 service fee that was charged! Next time I will definitely ask if they charge that & go with someone that doesn’t charge that fee; that wants to get customers.

Had an AC repair and maintenance done and couldn’t be happier. The owner and Isaiah came out and spent over two hours making sure everything was done right. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what they were doing. You can tell they really care about their work. The price was very reasonable, especially for the level of service we received. Highly recommend them if you need AC work done!

Ultimate Homes I would highly suggest them! We had a different company come out and told us that our central air conditioner wouldn’t hold the Freon and we needed to get a line test done to make sure it was working! We decided to get a second opinion. Someone recommended Ultimate Homes. We called and talk to Morgan she was extremely nice and sent someone out immediately. Our service person was Andy. Andy filled the Freon and he saw immediately where it was coming from.He came back out the next day and fixed it. Great Company and we trust them! Thanks Andy you did a great job!

Amazing service received from Ultimate Homes & Cooling. Fantastic to work with from the initial call to the end repair. Service tech Izaiha was early for the scheduled appointment which was awesome. Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He walked us through every part of the repair needed, let us know step by step where he was at with repairs and let us know of any and all findings along the way. Upfront and honest all the way through with highly competent technicians is what you would hope for. Fair and reasonable cost as well. We got that all with Ultimate Homes & Cooling. Highly recommend this company.

Precision heating and cooling is a wonderful company. Joey is honest and knowledgeable and they give great and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning service! 😊
