I am doing an edit to what was initially a five star review. I previously had a Generac generator and had so many problems that I decided to replace it with a different brand. I called these people and explained all I had been through and asked for a different brand and told them to just remove the Generac and throw it away. The first time I opened the hood I was shocked to see the Honeywell generator had a Generac motor!?!? I was very clear with the owner when we first spoke about the problems with Generac and I wanted nothing to do with them anymore. I didn't care about the cost. I just wanted piece of mind. Now I am having problems with the Honeywell and I was told by Ultimate Homes & Cooling that they don't do warranty work and I would have to contact Honeywell myself to get the issue resolved. Seriously?

Nate came and did the 6 month check on our unit. I had a concern that the thermostat wasn’t reading correctly but he walked us through the situation and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need.

Came over and rewired my outlet and also installed my ceiling fan. He was here on time and did an efficient job and was also very friendly and helpful . Very happy with service.

Had them visit and quote a job today. Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. Looking forward to working with them.

Our A/C shut down on a Saturday afternoon, and Ultimate Home’s and Cooling was amazing. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable, and he quickly scheduled a same-day visit. Joe, the technician, arrived promptly, was thorough, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it right away. Joe took his time to make sure the problem was completely resolved. We’re so glad we chose this company to install our system a couple of years ago and continue to use them for regular service. Highly recommend!

Called their office around 1 pm and they sent a technician by 4 and stayed past 5 to find the problem and resolve. Excellent staff. Highly recommend !

Mike was the technician who came to inspect our AC today. He was extremely nice and made a couple of recommendations that needed repairs. He also changed out my filters. I always feel confidence in working with Ultimate as every one of their techs is professional!

I truly made a great decision to go with Ultimate Homes and Cooling that was referred by my nephew, who is also extremely happy with his new system from a few years ago. From communicating to reliability to the techs through installation and start up... And the price was very fair and the best price of 4 estimated companies. I feel very lucky to have chosen Ultimate. this is my second time with having the pleasure of dealing with Ultimate Homes cooling and electrical. I could not recommend them anymore highly, they are courteous , professional, and very competitively priced. From the moment you speak to Morgan in the office to the awesome technicians,You can’t get any better service. They are quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t think you’ll find a better HVAC company in our area than them!

I do not recommend using this company. They do not disclose all of the charges for diagnosis or showing up. Rodney the owner could care less about customer service! Rodney should take notes from his service tech about professionalism. The service tech saw messages from the owner and myself and even stated that it was wrong about the disclosure of charges. LAST TIME THIS COMPANY EVER GETS A DIME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

Rodney you are so ridiculous. You are not the one who took my call a woman took my call (I guess I shouldn’t assume your gender) and the tech surely did not wait on me at all. I was home when that man arrived standing in my garage. All because you give shitty customer service and false charges you want to try and make up so bullshit story.

The 2 men that came were on time..nice and professional. We have had this service 2 or 3 years. Our unit is running and cooling properly but lately evertime they come for our service plan..its always trying to sell us something or find something wrong when everything has been running smoothly . Seems it's more about selling things than a simple service. Almost like Best Home Services did before we quit them.

Communication from the office was great , and sent notices when Alec the technician was on his way. Alec did a thorough tune up and inspection on both units. Good piece of mind knowing my units are good to go .

The technicians were polite, on time and knowledgeable. They completely cleaned up any mess they made. Our home is now safer and more comfortable thanks to your company.
This is an addition to the previous review. Our electric problem turned out to be a bit more complicated. However…Ultimate came through and their technicians were once again, on time and diligent in their work. I will only use Ultimate for my home for anything electrical.
