Schultz AC was incredibly responsive. When I called, they offered helpful suggestions I could try myself before sending a technician. Once on site, the technician clearly explained everything in a way that made sense—even for someone unfamiliar with AC systems.

I chose Schultz Air Conditioning to replace my home system for 2 reasons: they are a family owned business and the quality of their product. It has been working without flaw for 14 months. Neighbors on each side of our home also had (lesser) systems installed about the same time. The system Schultze installed is significantly less noisy. I have recommended them to several other neighbors in our community, and this review should considered as that as well.

We knew Adam of Schultz since do amazing job on our HVAC systems at the church, Hope United Methodist Church of Cape Coral. When our home AC quit working, we called Schultz, Adam came that afternoon after his scheduled work. Quickly diagnosed the issue and made temporary repair that night to keep us cool that night and came in the morning with all the needed parts. He made the system as good as new and we are cool in this July Florida heat. Thank you Schultz for your great work and care.

Recently had a new system installed by Schultz. They were here as scheduled, were respectful, and did a clean install. Very happy with quality of the service they provide. Plus it's a true family business As a home inspector of 15 years this is one of the few ac contractors I feel confident in referring to my customers.

Always prompt and attentive to our requests. I am happy they offer a recurring maintenance agreement for my Air conditioner which I feel guarantees that it cools efficiently and has eliminated emergency calls! We see either Aaron and Steve, and both are excellent.

Did a very thorough assessment for initial quote for AC install. They were the first company (out of about 4) to explain my AC system was the incorrect size, which explained the issues it had over the years. Quick installation and the system has worked flawlessly for the past year. They are easy to contact and quick to respond. Very highly recommend!

We have been VERY, VERY happy with Schultz A/C. Our old company tried to sell us on thousands of $’s in unnecessary repairs. Schultz took care of what was needed (and told us what was not needed), saving us a bundle. Since then, they have handled maintenance effectively and efficiently, with no unnecessary expenses. And they explain everything simply and clearly . Can’t ask for anything more!

We just had Schultz in for what we THOUGHT was an emergency. It turned out that nothing was really wrong, and they explained why we experienced what seemed to be a problem. They educated us on the situation, but again, no big bill. Great service, and we’re SOLD!
