Joey was the best, very responsive and thorough. Always kept in touch, regarding parts and service calls. Great company, would definitely recommend because of Joeys expertise.

Kelly Air has given, once again, given us impeccable service. Technicians have always been polite and knowledgeable. Today's visit was no different. We spent some time with Steven who answered our questions and explained in enough detail to give us a good understanding why these services are necessary but how to best maintain our unit. He also wasted no time in getting our system up and running again! Thank you, Steven! Kelly Air is a company I would definitely recommend!

Kelly Air Systems came out to look at my AC unit as it was not working properly. The system is two years old and has malfunctioned three times already.

Last visit they wanted to clean the drain at a cost of $379.00. I said, do not do the work, they did it anyway at the direction of the manager and said they were going to charge my home builder. The home builder told them they were not paying the bill as I specifically did not authorize the work to be done.

They keep sending me invoices.

Tj helped get our unit running on my vacation rental home. Was out here maybe 1 hour and got it back going. Wonderful service friendly and very supportive with communication and punctuality. 5/5 would recommend.

Quinn did a great job today getting
My air conditioning going again and getting me a quote on Drain IV and then installing it. He was friendly and professional.

If I could give a zero.. I’ve been getting the runaround with this company for months. They install the system to get the money and then do not want to fix it after it breaks 6 months later. They send techs out that are clueless and say they have to come back another time and you’ll get the run around over and over until you let it go.. then when it really stops working, they want to charge you to come look at it and tell you there’s no more warranty on a 1 year old unit! Take your money and business somewhere else .. anywhere else besides Kelly air

Edgar Torres is our guy and we really missed him last maintenance. Thank goodness he came back this time. He is friendly, polite, honest, goes above and above, very informative and helpful. PLEASE SO NOT SEND ANYONE OTHER THAN EDGAR NEXT VISIT in May, 2026!

Zach came out today for our scheduled maintenance. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and gave valuable advice on possible upgrades to our system. Beyond that, he went above and beyond to address a rattling noise in our outdoor compressor unit.

Nick was amazing. He called me right away. He fixed my issue quickly. He did not try to swindle me. He gave me options but did not pressure me at all. I really appreciate his dedication. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is interested in really helping his clients. Highly recommend.

Abel is very knowledgeable about his job. He was very detailed in explaining and demonstrating how to replace the filter and the filter cover back in place.

He also explained that the real issue is not the grill as opposed to what the previous technician said.

We started using Kelly Air Services when we bought our home earlier this year and have been totally satisfied with the relationship.

Our air-conditioning system was serviced today by Joe, who is a real professional, very courteous and helpful.

Very fair pricing, especially for coming out on a Sunday. Kelly air is a joke of an ac company. The customer service is terrible and there’s no communication from management. I bought a brand new home and within the first six months when I use the heat, the heat did not work so they sent a technician out that spoke zero English and the only thing he told me is to not turn the heat on when it’s above 70° outside because the system will break. I got frustrated with playing phone tag so I let it go and then when winter came back, I called Kelly Air to come back out again to fix their mistake. They never fixed in the first place and they’re trying to charge me for an emergency service call fee and they’re trying to say they only put a 30 day guarantee on labor. when it’s above 70° outside because the system will break. I would not be in this position if they would’ve fixed it the first time. This place is a joke.

Joey from Kelly Air is the most honest technician . My regular company told me I needed a new air conditioner or at least my coil’s replaced. They we’re going to charge me 10,000 for a new air conditioner or 2200 for the coils. So happy I called for a second opinion. Joey could have tried to sell me something, but he was so honest . I really can’t say how much I appreciate his honesty and his company will now service my AC .

We were serviced today by Zach at Kelly Air wh was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We purchased a year service contract as well and will receive an air conditioning annual service as well. Kelly Air and their technicians are excellent!

Quyhn (Quinn) came to my house to do semi-annual maintenance to my A/C system. He was very knowledgeable, polite & respectful. I took him up on his suggestions to add/install REME-HALO air Purifier, new Capacitor Condenser & UV-C lamp (designed to reduce mold and bacteria on HVAC coils), along with cleaning housing blower wheel from built-up mold. I'm going to request Quyhn to do my next maintenance on my A/C system.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the AC system and took the time to educate me on everything I need to do, including proper maintenance and how to keep up with my unit.
