Dan and Faye and Crew are the Best and professional and did a awesome job on my ac replacement!! They even brought a portable ac unit into the house while they were working on replacing my system so my family stayed cool at night until it was done !! Took 2 days to do a total overhaul from a old system that was there since 1998 so we upgraded to a brand new 4 ton system and the house will freeze you out if you want it to now !! Everything went smoothly and we are very happy from start to finish ! I Highly recommend them for all ac repairs and needs ..Thanks again Steve Tyrrell

We had Air Necessity come out to a client’s home to perform a One Time Tune Up on the A/C system as part of our Remediation Project.
The communication from Air Necessity was great; I spoke with Sarah on the phone to book the appointment, I had text messages confirming the appointment & then to let me know Michael was on the way.
Michael was on time, friendly & got right to work.
After his inspection Michael conferred with the homeowners & myself to let us know of his findings & recommendations.
Michael is emailing his report directly to the homeowner so they can work with Air Necessity to get the needed items taken care of.

I have to give 5 stars if I could give 100 stars I would. Jeremy got here so fast & fixed our issue within minutes. I am beyond grateful we get 2 sleep cool 2night everybody knows in Florida u need air. Ty so much guys u are the best we won't call or deal w anyone else u have been good 2 us . I completely recommend air necessity

OMG!!!!!!! AC went out on the weekend typical in SW Florida. Called Air Necessity, and spoke with Sarah (so kind) she calmed me down and reassured me, that our ac system would be fixed ASAP. Our technician name was Fabian, he was so polite and explained everything to us and got us back up and running. We are now on their service plan, so that this NEVER happens again. THANKS AIR NECESSITY!

I have been using air necessity since I moved to Florida four years ago. Great company! Their AC technicians are fantastic. Very knowledgeable. My AC stopped working Sunday night and when I called Air Necessity they had someone out here first thing Monday morning. The technician promptly fixed the issue and now everything is working great.

Technician was great! I was not available to meet him but he completed his work and even did me a favor and put some items in the outside trash bin I had forgotten about. If your invoice would of had a spot on it to leave a tip, he would of gotten one.

Responded to an ad of a Facebook post of a vehicle for sale posted by the company responded quite quickly to the post and spoke with someone named Sebastian. Continue to let Sebastian know I was seriously interested in the van and I would be purchasing it. I let him know I was in Kissimmee and would be a few hour drive to get up there he sent me the address and said see you soon Shirley after that, I realized my dad was closer to the area about an hour and a half away. I return the phone call to Sebastian letting him know that the timing would be much earlier. He responded OK prior to us arriving me and Sebastian agreed on a price of 4500. He also spoke with his owner name Faye and she agreed to the price also so my dad proceeded to be on his way an hour and a half drive to get there and someone else was already looking at the van which I precisely asked Sebastian to hold it for me as I was coming from a little bit ways away, and I didn’t want to waste my time he replied ok when arrived the gentleman looking at the van was offering $4700. Sebastian told me the phone that is offering more money and we have to go with them. I mentioned that we already agreed on a price. He said I will pass you to the owner meanwhile my dad is there and I am over the phone speaking with the owner I said Faye, I was the first to respond to the van and also the first to give the address to and let you know I was coming her simple reply was yes but how would I know you’re going to buy it? I told her I let Sebastian know that I was, she said I have no way of knowing if you’re really a serious buyer or not well I said I’m here. My dad will pay you for the van. She replied someone else is paying 4700 after 30 minutes over the phone with the owner I agreed to come up to 4700 which was very unfair after we wasted our time money and gas. She proceeded to say OK it’s yours. How are you going to pay? I said I can send my dad to the bank to get the money or I can Zell you right now over the phone, her reply was I don’t take Zell because I don’t want the funds to go through my business account umm OK I said my dad will go get the money. How do I know he’ll come back because I wouldn’t have been on the phone I replied for 30 minutes and had my dad drive almost 2 hours of four hour round-trip and not buy it. she said the guys here with cash he’s now offering 4800 so I’m going to have to go with him. I replied please ma’am we wasted our time money in gas. I’ve already came up a few hundred bucks from what we agreed on but I will agree to 4800 she then proceeded to say OK will take it. The van is sold to you five minutes later she called me back and told me that the guy is offering 5000. Would like to go more. Definitely don’t feel this company is respectful their owner or workers you don’t make somebody drive two hours of four hour round-trip waste time money and gas to change price on people we agreed on a price it should’ve been sold at that price. I even came up to 4800 more than what I was willing to spend because we wasted our time and money and persisted to sell it to someone else for 5000 which she wanted ask me to bid more than 5000 it’s not a bidding war you’re a company you should hold your word. Definitely when you made someone drive two hours and then you back off the deal I wouldn’t trust Sebastian their owner Faye I feel the company and its owner are untrustworthy and disrespectful Your actions was not professional. Any interaction with a business should be nothing more than professional.

Sabastian has been a trusted HVAC technician for us for many years, at Anthony Air. Air Necessity was smart to hire him as part of their team. They have responded quickly to our needs. Our system replacement went quickly and smoothly. The new system was up and cooling very quickly. I have recommended Sabastian and Air Necessity to others in The Hideaway without hesitation.

The two young men who came out to do a change out did a great job in extremely heat and pouring rain! Even in those elements, they were professional - even sweeping out the driveway in the hard down pour!

Air Necessity is always professional and prompt. We had an emergency service over the weekend when our drain line backed up. Sebastian took care of the problem right away. Showed me how to take care of the drain line myself too if it ever happens again. I signed up for their maintenace plan too so now they come out twice a year!

Fabian did an outstanding job in maintaining & servicing my home A/C system. Fabian provided photos of parts that he replaced / installed & clearly explained how this repair / upgrade was needed to improve the A/C system performance & reliability.

Very shady company they tried to scam my grandmother giving Her coats that were outrageous. Obviously, we didn’t go with the company. They were super pushy Elderly grandmother telling her repairs needed to be done ASAP trying to award the job on the spot called another local company. Got the job done and didn’t need all the parts and replacements that they were suggesting. I definitely will double check everything. The Decision to move forward with this company when I called in to speak to the owner/manager their only reply was they apologize for the inconvenience definitely will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This company is super shady and I wouldn’t suggest them to anybody. Make sure you get an itemized bill as they probably add on fake charges also

This company is the real deal !!
I called Sarah , the owner , on Monday morning for a service call to diagnose a AC problem. Within an hour I had the technician, Jeremy arrive. He completed the inspection for me to determine the best possible way to proceed with a solution. The technicians were able to complete the job on the same day. We were up and running.
Very professional and friendly with all the staff.
I will highly recommend anyone who needs their services.

I hired Air Necessity to set up a maintenance program for my 20+ years old a/c systems. Their techs came out, did the work, and I was pleased.

Then the office contacted me, and very honestly told me that my systems were too old for parts, etc., and they were therefore refunding my fee, as they could not service the units, should parts be needed. I do not recall the exact fee nor the amount of the refund, but I so appreciated their honest evaluation. Their integrity is so very stellar that they will not just blindly take people's money.

Moral of the story is: Air Necessity is an excellent HVAC provider and maintenance company. You can ONLY win when hiring them. Their honesty, integrity, and quality of service is not only second to none, they are at least 100 miles ahead of the hvac crowd. God bless them!!!!!

Air necessities, where to even begin?
Let's start with Sarah I met her and instantly recognized how polite, friendly, and kind she was. Clearly she is a great leader as her employee FABIAN arrived at my rental property shortly before the scheduled time (if you're not early you're late) he had my unit diagnosed and fixed with in 1 hour.

My unit a Trane, had been off and out of commission for well over a month. Mind you it's a unit from 2013! Yet, it was not even close to a challenge for Fabian! I was amazed at his overall knowledge and recommendations for my specific situation and I will be joining their yearly maintenance plan here shortly.

I would recommend them to my friends and family 7 days a week and 365 days out of the year.

Definitely earned this 5 star rating.

Have used for many years including ac installation. Always very accommodating and professional. Techs arrive on time and are very professional. Sebastian is an asset to company.

We had the worst experience ever. An unskilled employee was sent to our job and connected the system incorrectly which led to water damage. This company refuses to take responsibility but what's interesting is the employee no longer works for them. I would stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. Not reputable at all.
