When our system stopped working, Air Necessity came to our rescue. We tried all of the DIY fixes, and none of them worked. The technician was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem extremely quickly.

Had an issue with our HVAC at the end of the day/evening and Air Necessity responded immediately to my inquiry. They offered to come out that evening which wasn't necessary but arrived the next morning and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Fantastic customer service and would recommend them to everyone!

They were quick to respond, had the technical know-how to diagnose our issues and practical enough to present several options so we could find the balance between our budget and our service needs. “Air Necessity” of the Ft Myers Fl area changed out our complete ducting that had problems associated with improper installation when home was built and fixed items on the A/C units that did not receive proper attention from previous service company. The technicians were very experienced, hard working and friendly. Every part of the service was explained and backed up with video and photos of work performed. “Air Necessity” is a smaller, locally owned company (a good thing) and was recommended to us. We are very grateful that we used them to fix our HVAC system and look forward to using them for our regular service needs!

Bruce & team were very pleasant to deal with and pricing was great! They replaced my condenser and air handler to my central air system. Quick to respond to my inquiries and I'm a happy camper. :)

I avoided writing this review for 6 months but our experience was so bad I felt it was imperative that I share it. Here are the facts of my central A/C install with Bruce and Air Handling LLC:

1) After completing the indoor unit install, Bruce the owner told me I would need two thermostats, one to control the A/C and one to control the heat. It was not until I pointed out that this was not workable and I would rather have my old system back that he reached out to the mfg and was told everything can be controlled from a single thermostat.

2) During the project, we had them install a new duct to our home office. Air Handling LLC made no attempt to protect the contents of the office or warn us. As a result, when they drilled the hole in the ceiling for the duct, everything in the office was covered with drywall dust, requiring hours of cleanup.

3) Two days after the install was complete, we noticed a giant water stain on our kitchen ceiling. We eventually tracked this down to improper handling of our old air handler which resulted in water pouring out onto the attic floor and into our kitchen ceiling.

4) The system was installed in the Fall and only ran for a few weeks in 2021. This year (2022), during the first week of use a huge water stain appeared on our son's bedroom ceiling and the crown molding was detaching from the walls. Upon investigation, the condensate pipe from the new A/C had cracked and the water was draining onto the attic ceiling.

Upon contacting Bruce and Air Handling LLC, he mocked us for suggesting that his install wasn't proper (the P-trap was installed too close to the floor and bearing weight from the indoor unit) and said the pipe cracking was our fault because "it freezes in the winter". If it freezes in the winter, and he knew that, why didn't he insulate it...or tell us so we could take steps to prevent it? We never had any issue with the prior system or condensate pipe. I reached out to several other HVAC installers who also confirmed that if it's going to be exposed to cold Northeast temps, it should have been insulated.

Bruce took no responsibility for the defective workmanship or the property damage and worse, wanted to charge us to fix the P-trap that cracked. I would not recommend this HVAC company at any price.

Best service ever. Our furnace conked out on Friday evening and the parts supplier had closed for the weekend. Bruce was able to convince the manager to open for him on Saturday, then he came back to our house late Saturday with parts to fix the furnace and restore heat for us. Cannot ask for more, Bruce is both knowledgeable capable and dedicated to providing excellent service to his customers.

The system seams to be working fine the two guys that install it were very professional and polite but the guy that sold it to us promise sunlight to kill mole we didn't receive that

We’ve been using Kelly Air for about 5 years now for maintenance and they are always reliable, on time and honest with us. They do a great job and are very professional. Don was out at our house today and was very efficient and did a great job. He even helped us out with an issue we’re having with some ants! Great company, will continue using them.

Don't give quotes over the phone, must be hiding something or overcharging. I'd stay away from HVAC installers like this - there are lots of transparent companies on Google to choose from that are not as shady.

Today I had Abel coming to do the ac maintenance, he was great and show me how dirty my ac unit it was , I was surprised since it was less tha 6 month from that previous service, but he took the time and dedication to do a great service !!! I will request him again!

Kelly Air installed our HVAC in our new build. We also use the yearly service program. We are very happy with the system and service they provide. Edgar was great. Got the job done promptly and was very courteous.
