Kelly Air Systems did an amazing job fixing an issue I was told by another company would require a complete system replacement. Instead, Kelly Air took the time to educate me on my situation and advised that it would make more financial sense to replace my unit in the near future. In the meantime, they got our unit running with a reasonable solution, and I'm now exploring their financing options to replace my unit and reduce my utility bill. Every interaction, from the phone calls with the dispatchers to the technicians who made a couple of trips to my house, was an awesome overall customer service experience!

Steve E was the Kelly Air service tech who went out of his way to answer my questions regarding the vibrations present and addressed the loud noise resulting from the return air velocity. He was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. The service manager was also great in responding to my request for service and made it happen the same day requested. I had a great experience with Kelly Air System! My air conditioner was leaking and left water on the floor. The technician came earlier than expected, which was a big help. He quickly diagnosed the issue, serviced the unit, and got everything running smoothly again. Now my house is cool and comfortable. Thank you all for the excellent service—highly recommended!
