Thank you Bobby with Back Bay Heating & Cooling. He came by on a Sunday afternoon when we got home to our AC not working. The house was almost 90 degrees!!. I have a newborn who needed to go to sleep but couldn't because of the heat. Bobby was there and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. LIFE SAVER. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend. I'm from Chicago and have been seasonal for 13 years and found it difficult to find reliable and professional services in any trades. Been having heating and cooling problems and have had several companies analysis. Back bay heating and cooling bottom line gave me the best service and competitive pricing of all. Excellent technician and part owner Bob who has many years of experience hands down is the best. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 12. Do yourself a favor and call them .

My AC stopped working and I was unable to get any help from former company I was using until tomorrow, no advice given from them what so ever. I called Bobby and without knowing me, he helped me actually solve the problem within a couple of minutes over the phone. Air is pumping just fine now. He saved me so much trouble in being just a knowledgeable, good person. Immediately helped me out without the typical “we can’t make it out until tomorrow or the next day. And it will be 150$ extra”. If you want somebody trustworthy who truly cares about helping his customers, this is who you call! Setting up service plan tomorrow morning!

Requested a quote from several contractors. Mr Oliver was the only one that arrived on time. We discussed my concerns with our existing system. He then inspected the system to provide an estimate. While inspecting the condenser unit he advised he had located a leak and that it could be repaired, this would be far less expensive if we didnt want to replace the complete system at this time. He was straight forward and advised us of different options. Absolutly no pressure, and answered all questions where even the wife understood. I personally have been in the trades and was therally impressed with his professionalism. We chose to replace the complete unit as the air handler was due. The price was very fair. This experience was effortless on our end. I Highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.

I just used Oliver's Air for routine service and they were great! No hidden fees, total honesty and respect. They did not push for any additional services (unlike everyone else I have used), their price was very fair and I will use them for every air conditioning need I have in the future! I wish I had found them sooner.

A BIG thank you to Oliver’s getting my mobile home A/C Unit back up and working after my company that put a new unit in 4 years ago walked off the job even though I had a 5 year labor contract in place. They were professional, arrived promptly and had great communication. Glad I happened to see them doing service at my neighbor’s house the morning my other company walked out. Oliver's a small family business that provides great service. We use them at our businesses and our home. They are always out within 24 hrs (usually same day) when we have breakdowns. Their prices are reasonable and they are always friendly to deal with.
