Love our new air conditioner our electric bill has dropped significantly. We got new high efficiency A/C and new duct work and returns. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because one of the installers stepped through my ceiling. They said the would fix it 2 months later and it still looks like a two year old fixed said the would send someone to fix the paint still waiting. Well they sent someone but I was at work and my kids were home and he was very rude because I didn't leave the paint out because didn't know they were coming.

EC Air Pro was so professional and timely! One of our AC went out and the ceiling collapsed. The other AC we have the fan wasnt working properly We have an infant so dealing with the heat was tough. EC Air Pro came that day and installed the new systems the next day. They charged a fair price and had financing. We are so grateful for them and their service. From the front desk to the technicians these guys are top notch. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend EC Air Pro. I purchased a home in Cape Coral and soon found that the air conditioner wasn't cooling the house at all. The unit ran constantly all day long and the indoor temp would only get to 80 degrees. Eduardo came and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. The duct work was undersized and the air handler was just wore out. Called them on Friday to schedule the repair. They were there on Monday morning and I had a very comfortable and cool home by 5pm. Eduardo, Christian and crew did an excellent job and left the job site spic and span. Celinda in the office was very helpful and communication was awesome. All this at a very reasonable price.

Don’t stand by their work. Forgot final inspection 3 years later. It failed they wanted me to repair their work. Another 7 months later I got the final but they charged me $230. Also tacked on a $10 fee for credit card use which I didn’t use. Everything is a struggle with them.

I can’t express over express how well they were with explaining and informing me while getting the job done!

Showed up when expected to check a concern. Didn't have a problem but Ren tests and made adjustments to be sure. No charge. Good to go.

We are replacing all A/C units and condensers located in my Condo Complex (20 unit complex) Lower level and 2nd story. He installed rails to protect them from flood water and help with wind damage (we had alot of damaged from Hurricane Ian). West Coast Cooling put metal covers on the upper unit condensers. Also, new duct work throughout the individual units as deemed necessary..
Also, I, personally used West Coast Cooling when our company of 8 yrs decided they were too busy. We called and spoked to the owner Tyler and witin 30 minutes Tyler was here and fixed the problem. So grateful for great service.
