It was a hot August SW Florida day and my AC wasn’t working… I called West Coast Cooling and they were at my house in 2 hours!
They were knowledgeable and courteous and very fairly priced and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Highly recommend West Coast Cooling! They showed up on time, clearly explained the problem we were having and gave us a few options to solve the problem. The guys did a great job installing a new unit and unlike other services these guys took their trash with them. Highly recommend them!

Technicians came on time, quickly diagnosed my thermostat issue and fixed the problem. I was not physically there but they kept me informed on what the problem was and how it was fixed! I certainly would recommend them based on my positive experience dealing with West Coast Cooling!

Tyler came to my condo for a quote on a new AC unit. The appointment was scheduled in a very timely manner, within one day. Megan also make the appointment time so I wouldn't have to miss work.

From my initial phone call until the end of their service, the owner and his employees were prompt and polite. They were able to look at my AC system after just a couple of hours of my call.
I had a mini split AC system installed in my Garage and they did a great job. Now I feel cool in my Garage...

Excellent service!! West Coast Cooling came out and worked on my AC problem in less than 24 hours after I called them. I have been working with them for years and they always been there for me quickly with professionalism. As a women, I greatly appreciate that they explain what the problem is and exactly what needs to be done to fix it like I have a brain, which has not been the case with other companies I have called. They are trustworthy, always fix my ac issues and reliuable!

Brandon came on time and did a great job. Unfortunately, he started to tell me too much information. I did order a new fitted filter which he helped with information. I don't really like to hear about what ifs in the future but he did tell me this information. Today I assume my system is good. I guess he has to explain the what ifs. Basically, he was nice and I was glad about his coming to take care of my AC.

West coast cooing did an AC install today. It was by far the smoothest process. They arrived nice and early to get started, introduced themselves and were so friendly. The team worked so well together and made sure the area they worked in was spotless when they left, but not before they ensured they went over everything with us….a huge shout out to Alex and Tony….i HIGHLY RECOMMEND…and being a veteran myself I love to recommend veteran owned businesses!

Tyler and his staff are very professional. They answered all my questions and their prices are affordable. I highly recommend this company.
