Joey the owner was very professional from the very beginning since our first conversation by listening to the issues I had with another unit I had installed from a different company. He had sent out Shaun who was also professional & knowledgeable , answered all questions I had & was able to speak to Joey in regards to getting an estimate. They are reasonable with prices, but most of all, honest with you which is extremely rare these days. When we made the next appointment to have them install the unit, Shaun & Mark came, did an EXCELLENT job installing the unit, but most of all, fixed the issue I had previously from another company that wasn’t able to find the issue for YEARS, but they did that day. I wish I knew about them when I moved to SWFL, but everything happens for a reason & I’m so glad I did now. Thank you Joey, your staff is amazing, professional & educated.

Whenever I first filled out this review I was a little preoccupied with something that had happened not associated with this service at all. After reflecting on my four-star review I recalled how good a service Precision had given me after our last hurricane disaster, the new AC install, and the ongoing service since. That's why I came back and changed my four star to a five-star. They deserve it.

Definitely an excellent HVAC company! We called the day before a storm is scheduled to hit with a malfunction in the A/C system. They were fully booked but came when their shift was done anyway. The A/C works fine now, thank goodness. They are extremely honest and do not make a commission on what they recomment! I always send my friends there!

I had a great experience with Precision Heating and Cooling at my home in Cape Coral. Jack, the technician, was on time, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Joe and his crew were absolutely awesome. He responded to my call and quickly did what he could do to my 16 year old system. He advised that it was time to replace my one unit, but after advising me of the price for one vs the price for two I happily replaced both units and I can’t tell you the difference in my house now. No more hot spots in the house. The units used will save me a tremendous amount of money each month. I never felt pressured to make my decision, he gave me all my options and I made the decision that I am truly happy with
. My power came back on Tuesday after Ian and I advised Joe and they worked me in on Wednesday. Every time I needed them Joe would be there day or night. My mother in law had an issue with her ac and called a company she used they came out and charged her $200 and told her she needed a new unit with an estimate of $10,000 for a townhouse, I called Joe and he went right out and took care of her and repaired her system for $1200. When folks are on a fixed income something like this is devastating. Joe has been the most professional, kind and caring person I have ever met in this business when all the other repair men are sell sell sell because they work on commission . I would truly recommend this company and Joe to anyone I meet that needs ac work, if you want a second opinion don’t hesitate to call you will truly be surprised and happy with this company. I called Precision Heating and Cooling after a frantic search online after my AC unit froze and started leaking, soaking my garage floor. It was already 6 pm, but they picked up the phone promptly and within 5 minutes I had Joe at my door. Within the hour he had my AC running and cooling better than ever. He explained the issue and went the extra mile, mopping up the mess on my floor and clearing the drain pipe. He patiently answered all my questions. The company was also clear and upfront about their fees for emergency after hours service. They were well worth it!! I will be calling them back to ask about maintenance plans. I am well pleased and highly recommend them.

Called and spoke with Jade and explained my problem. No AC. She had Jack there that afternoon. He gave us a new capacitor and explained all that he was doing in detail. Pricing is fair. Work and products impeccable. Joey is the no nonsense owner and will not do anything or selling anything that is not needed. My go to AC company.

Joe, his wife, and crew were all fabulous! Always quick to respond and cheerful, not to mention highly competent. They were able to get a condenser that other companies said was impossible. Then when they found out the job was on an island, and they had to come out in a canoe, they didn't bat an eye. Highly recommended on so many levels.

Extremely satisfied. I set up a Maintenance request online the night before, Joe messaged and had service scheduled for me the next day. Jack was the sercice tech and even called to see if he could come early, which is always a plus. He took his time, explained everything he did and stayed until he verified everything he did was working correctly. I will definitely be using Precision Heating & Cooling from here on out!
