When my AC quit, Dustin responded promptly to take care of the problem. He assessed the unit and advised me of the corrective action that was needed. He gave me a clear understanding of what the problem was, the cost and time involved. He was very professional and pleasant. Highly recommended!

My air conditioner stopped running last night and Dustin came out right away. Thankfully he was only 15 minutes away. He figured out the issue and had me up and running in no time. He was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to me. I will definitely use these guys again. Thank you Dustin.

5 stars isn’t enough! If you’re looking for a company that has techs that care you’ve found the right one! After multiple companies just wanting to sell me something I had Dustin T come out and he went above and beyond. He was honest, thorough, and gave me options so that I could do what was best for me and my family. Ended up getting a new system with a great warranty and they have easy payment plans! This is your company that’s still locally owned and operated by good people!

I was nervous at first because my AC stopped working during a hot day, but the technician from American Plumbing Heating and Cooling arrived same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, explained what needed to be fixed, and got my system working again. I appreciated the clear communication and the fact that the repair was finished on time. I will definitely call them again for any AC repair Cape Coral needs.

When you live in South Florida, especially during the hotter months of the year, the last thing you want is for your AC to go out. At about 1:30 in the morning, I realized our AC wasn't working. Mind you, this was early Sunday morning, Mother's Day. We have a five month old baby, so the last thing I wanted was our place to get too hot for him. Our property manager called Captiva Cooling just before 8:30am. Carlos contacted me just after 10am and was at our place at noon. I don't think it even took him an hour to have the AC fixed and working. What was good about it though was he was very proactive in communicating with us from the moment he first called to when he was pulling into our community. We never had to wonder where he was or when he was coming. He was also here when he said he would be. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed what the issue was and wasted no time getting to work and getting the issue fixed. After he finished, he thoroughly explained what had gone wrong and what he did to fix it. I'll also mention that he was polite and great to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's punctual, honest, and reliable, and I appreciate his service!

DanAir came highly recommended by a coworker and they did not disappoint. I have used DanAir on a couple different occasions and it was the same great quality both times. I had a quick honest diagnosis with quality repairs and timeframe expectations each step of the way. They showed up on time and it was a great overall experience.

I have used Dan Air for over three years. The previous owners of my unit recommended them. I see why. They are always punctual. They are always honest and they always get the job done. I have a service contract with them and I’m very pleased with their services. One time I called at 6:45 in the morning to schedule an appointment and someone even answered the phone. Now that is service!

I manage Crown Colony in Fort Myers. The air conditioner wasn’t working in our guard house and Deep Blue gave us the best price and the best service. They installed it the next day and the guards are once again working in an air conditioned environment. This was truly exceptional service! I called after hours but Deep Blue was able to send a tech over within just one hour! 30 minutes later our house was cooling down again and a faulty capacitor was replaced. It had it's price but I gladly paid before spending the night roasting in a hot stuffy house.

We have used Deep Blue for all our HVAC maintenance and repairs since moving to the Cape five years ago. They do great work and their people are outstanding. From the office folks to the field techs, everyone is professional, friendly and very good at their jobs. Rogelio, the tech who typically services our equipment, is excellent. He is extremely skilled and thorough, takes the time to explain what he is doing and is incredibly polite. In addition, he never tries to upsell us on services or repairs that we do not need, as I know is not the case with many other service companies in the area. You just can't go wrong with Deep Blue. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
