I have been down in FL. For 7 years, And I’m telling you this is company is the best of the best. Starting from how easy the call started. Jennifer answered and was beyond friendly, and so eager to help. I thought because it was the weekend no one would come. When I spoke with Jennifer and asked if the technicians worked on the weekends, she said oh yes, and in fact she could have Rogelio come right after he finishes with his current customer. I was so impressed. Then the friendly Rogelio came and from the min he entered my house to the time he left he was professional , friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I felt like for once someone wasn’t trying to take advantage of me just for money. Don’t hesitate to call.

I was extremely fortunate to find Deep Blue air! They are incredible people. I have been a customer now for 3 years. When I initially had an issue — over the weekend — they came out and help. No overcharging. Honest. Reliable work. Then they supported me through Ian. Again - Jim, Jenny and company — did not gouge me - or anyone…..they are honest and reliable. Deep blue air, they keep up with the maintenance check even when i don’t. Even when I feel like I don’t have the best availability for them, they work with me. They’re always on time very courteous explain things just a great group of people to work with.

Amazing service. Our ac went out and phil and the team had a new one installed within 24 hours. The old one lasted 17 years and phil showed us tons of pictures of the inside of the old ac unit. It needed replacing.

I just signed a service contract with Deep Blue and could not be happier. I chose Deep Blue after another company informed me I needed to replace my AC unit immediately before it gave out on me. I was skeptical as my unit was running beautifully. A friend referred me to Deep Blue. I live in Naples and they came out on time, with a call when on their way, to provide service. After a full service, he showed me the condition of my unit with the panel off and explained it completely. It’s in great shape, no leaks, charge was full and should last several more years. I trust their service!

They were very easy to work with and listened to my concerns and restrictions on replacing the ductwork in my 35-year-old home. There was a small addition that hadn't been ducted at all, and grossly under sized returns for the whole house. I presented them with some challenges as to where new returns and ducts could go and they were able to come up with unique solutions that took some ingenuity. During the install, they found a partially plugged drainpipe and replaced it as part of the job. They anticipated that it might take two days but brought in a second crew in the afternoon and finished in one. Very innovative solutions done on time and within budget. Perfect!

This company came out last year to fix a problem that another compny caused. The other company wouldn't take responsibility for what they did, and tried to sell me a new AC system. Deep Blue Air found the parts and fixed it. They're the best!
