We've been with Surfside for 3 years. They are attentive with routine checks and any AC issues are dealt with immediately. We've called them twice in the late evening and they are here the next morning! Brian, Debbie and Dan... 5+ stars from us.

I heard of this company through a co-worker and I’m so happy I did. This company has been so amazing and helpful with all my AC needs. They are very quick when it comes to responding and answering all of my questions and staff is always very friendly and eager to help. Their prices are very reasonable and I am very happy to be a customer of Surfside Air. Also, Brian has been incredibly kind and considerate throughout my whole AC project.

I can't thank Brian and his crew Dan, Paul & Trevor for everything they have done for us!! They installed a complete AC system, and from the very beginning they were amazing! Arrived on time and started to work immediately. Brian was here and available to get whatever they needed and to make sure everything went smooth, which it did! Surfside has been servicing two of my homes in Cape Coral for two years. Alway professional and always trying to look out for what is best for us. They just installed a brand new system in our house and I didn't think twice about getting a second quote because they never tried to upsell, rather showed options and talked about pros and cons for each. I HIGHLY recommend Brian and his team!

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Surfside. From start to finish I was treated with courtesy and respect. I didn’t feel like I was “just another customer”. The crew showed up on time and had my a/c system installed in the quoted time frame. I will definitely recommend Surfside to anyone needing a new system installed or their old system services.

I was told by someone else that I needed to replace my duct work. That person was no longer able to assist me. I called Surfside Heating and Cooling. Dan came out and advised the duct work was not needing replacing. I so appreciate his honesty in this day and age. You will have me as a customer for life! It is nice to find a business with ethics! Way to go!

Dan M. Came out to our home, literally twelve hours after me calling.. he was in and out, very professional, knows exactly what he was doing, got the job done and taught us a few things!! I will never go to any other A/C service! Very affordable prices. Quick efficient, and my house is cold, just like I like it! Dan was absolutely awesome and deserves a raise!! If I could give ten stars, I would!

I use them for my personal condo but also for all my Real Estate and Vacation Rental clients. Debbie, Bryan and their team amazing! I can't recommend them enough.

Not even sure where to begin - but I’ll cut to the chase - this company and their staff are top notch! I returned to Florida early October and immediately had an issue with our AC. We were working with another company and had a service agreement with them. After coming out several times and even installing a new blower, thermostat etc. they said we need a totally new unit ($9K) I called two other companies for another opinion. The first said we didn’t need a new unit and tried to get the system working better but also said he needed to send a crew out to do a deep cleaning. Within 10 minutes after leaving the last company (Surfside Heating and Cooling) and specifically “Paul” came out and I explained my situation and thought he would tell me the same as the others. Let me just say Paul is small in stature and HUGE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE as it pertains to HVAC! He spent so much time, did so much diagnostics and THEN WENT INTO OUR ATTIC which no one else did. He spent over 20 minutes in that hot attic, came down with a smile on his face and said “I found your problem - there is a tear in the ductwork! After patching that and a few other things my air was blowing 100% better!! I can’t say enough about this company and specifically Paul!! We will be using them from here on out!! Five star????? NO 25 star!!!!!!

We use Surfside Heating and Cooling Inc. We had a new air conditioner installed. It was a speedy process. When we need a repair or have a problem with our cooling system, Surfside is quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had an A/C go out in storms overnight. Called around 8am and front desk staff told us what to do while a service tech would be dispatched. Also told us what stop in the day we' were so our expectations on timing were set. The technician arrived, was friendly, professionally dressed and jumped right in after describing symptoms. Had us up and running in less than 40 minutes. AWESOME WORK SURFSIDE!!

I can't say enough great things about this company. From the fact that a human answers the phone (Debbie) when you call, to the thorough follow through. Start to finish this was the best experience I have had with an AC company, AND IM A CONTRACTOR! I have gone through at least 12 different AC guys that have fallen short of expectations constantly. Here is our story.....

We had a GREE minisplit AC system installed for a customer by a different company Cost around $10K. Then when we had issues with the install that caused the condensate line to leak, the contractor never showed up to fix the damage. We had to hire another AC company to come and reinstall all the head units and properly secure the condensate lines, which cost around $1,200. Then we still had an issue and that contractor would not show back up. We decided to try and fix it ourselves. In the process of trying to take the unit apart to properly access the drain line, something touched the computer board and fried something. We tried calling multiple companies. It is very hard to get people to come out and service another companies poor install. They wanted to quote us for a whole new system etc. Once we finally got somebody, they came out and said they would order the part and would call us when it comes in. Well after 3 weeks of trying to call them and they kept blowing us off we finally reached out to Surfside Heating and Cooling. I requested to just have them install a new head unit and to not worry about trouble shooting etc., because I needed to get the customer up and going again and I did not want any more issues. The owner explained they just wanted to come out and do their job and trouble shoot the unit. We agreed. They showed up on time. They diagnosed the head unit within an hour and ordered the part. They called two days later when it came in and had us up and going by the third day Our owners were ecstatic about the promptness and professionalism of this company. We highly recommend this company and I will be using them for all my new installs moving forward.

Brian and his crew are awesome. Very knowledgeable in the HVAC system. Their workmanship and craftsmanship are beyond exceptional! Their rapid response and installation costs were superb.. There are no words that can express the professionalism in their work. I can say that my house has the cleanest air in our town! Thank you Brian and your crew for your excellent service!
