Hands down THE BEST OF THE BEST. Zac came promptly. He has 15 yrs experience. He Explained issue with ‘noise’ coming from our newer ac system within the first minute he arrived. Susi, the lady in their office extremely efficient as well. 34 plus years in Cape Coral and very impressed.

FistClass AC is an Excellent AC company and truly "first class" They installed a Trane AC system in 2012 in my Cape Coral home. Their service was top notch with few Trane system problems during the last 13 years. Their staff is excellent to work with and very customer oriented. It's a pleasure to call them every time. They replaced my old AC with a new Trane heat pump system with house electrostatic air filter in June 2025 as the old one had reached its life expectancy and warranty had expired - probably could have waited another 1-2 years but did not want the risk with our hot/humid summers. Again this new (replacement for 2012 system) install went as scheduled with few problems and at a competitive price. I am a very happy customer (13 years) and highly recommend them for Trane system install as well as annual maintenance

Our outside A/C unit stopped working on Friday morning, and we really didn’t want to spend the weekend without air. The team at First Class Air came through — they sent a technician the same afternoon and got everything up and running. It turned out to be a bad capacitor, which they replaced quickly and at a very reasonable price — no upselling, no pressure for expensive, unnecessary repairs like a new compressor. Truly honest and professional service. Highly recommend!

We have been with First Class Air Conditioning for about five years, participating in their regular maintenance program for our air conditioners. Recently they replaced our mini-split unit. The process was simple and timely, resulting in a perfect outcome. It’s always positive talking with the office people, Dave the Consultant was a pleasure to work with before and after the actual installation, and the installers were efficient and friendly. I recommend First Class A/C to effectively and smoothly meet your needs.

We just finished our bi/yearly maintenance, our tech was outstanding!! He paid attention to every single detail, was not in a mad dash to complete his checklist. He was the most thorough tech we have ever had, I unfortunately did not get a chance to catch his name as he basically reported to my husband. Please make a note in our file to praise and note that we would appreciate it if we were able to request him in the future. I recently purchased a home that had a newer air conditioning unit purchased from First Class. The prior owner was elderly and relocated. She told me the unit was malfunctioning sporadically (would shut off and not turn on) and that there was still warranty on the unit should the problem arise again. Sure enough it occurred again and again and again (10 times). I contacted First Class. They advised that their full warranty only covers the original purchaser and that the new owner would only get a partial warranty (materials only). While not the answer I expected to hear, I had them out because it was nearly 100 degrees in my home. Clearly they don’t honor the warranty due to their experience that the units aren’t high quality and won’t last 5 years. Sure enough, the unit needed a control board. I called the manager (Matt) and spoke to him while the technician was on site. I explained that the unit should be covered under warranty and if not, there should at least be an exception since the prior owner had this issue and it wasn’t resolved from the beginning (when the unit was under full warranty). He said the manufacturer covers the warranty and that is Goodman. I am a real estate investor and the reputation of Goodman equals garbage. Nonetheless, in this case Goodman isn’t the manufacturer, First Class is. When you private label your item to remove the Goodman name and put your name and website, you are now the manufacturer and Goodman is the subcontractor. First Class came to my home and charged a $99 service call fee and $325 for “labor”. The part is available for $100 so really I paid $100 for the part and $225 for labor, plus a $99 service call fee. The First Class warranty didn’t cover anything. I am writing this post primarily because this is a bait and switch and predatory practice. They sold the prior elderly owner a pitch of a warranty that is a joke and they can’t honor their own branded products because they are poor quality. While Goodman = Garbage, First Class = No Class

My mom has been using First Class Air for many years and has been very happy with their service. Her AC went completely out on a holiday weekend. We called Sat morning and several hours later Dave was at the house with a dehumidifier to keep her from having mold issues. The AC unit was very old, so we chose to replace vs. repair the unit. Mon morning Dave called to say they had a cancellation and could install a new unit that day, and by Mon night we had a nice cool house. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Dave was very responsive and friendly and never made it seem like an inconvenience. We appreciate the great service and we highly recommend them!

We have been using First Class Air Conditioning for 22 years in both our condo and our home. In all cases, the service was professional and timely and the office administration has been flawless. A special shoutout goes to Dave and to Suzie for their excellent customer service, knowledge and friendliness. In SW Florida, AC is as important as it gets, and First Class AC does it right.

From beginning to end this team was amazing to work with. My AC stopped working. I was able to get Dave to my house that day, to look at everything. He installed a window unit so i had a comfortable place to sleep and keep my house cook until we were able to get the install scheduled a few days later. Everyone was pleasant and professional to work with.

I live in Cali in Naples Florida. Your company came out four times and each time they did not fix the problem and they left as a result of this. My condo got full of mold and it's gonna cost me at least $50,000 to fix. What a joke hard people who know what they're doing. I'm gonna sue you. I don't care what it cost.

Dave, the sales representative did a great job coming out and explaining the product and the process. Very professional salesman! The installers, Jorry and Carlos arrived on time, very prepared and installed our system efficiently. Would definitely recommend First Class Air Conditioning to anyone we know.

I had a work colleague refer First Class Air when we needed to replace our aging unit. And we’re thrilled we went with them. Zach and his team were efficient and knowledgeable. Go with First Class Air, you won’t be disappointed!

We have had leaking problems coming out of our handler in the garage. We have had numerous SO-CALLED A/C repair experts come look at the whole A/C system. Nobody seem to be able to figure out what was wrong. I will agree, it was hard to pinpoint the problem, but they are supposed to be the experts. They gave really expensive fixes without any guarantees. One of them gave up after allegedly trying to fix it and did come back many times trying to do so. We gave up for awhile and figured we will deal with the leak with putting a bucket under it and emptying it every few days. Some months later, we decided to try finding someone again. I checked the nextdoor app and found Darryl from Airman heating and cooling. He got some good reviews on there so we decided to give him a shot. Like other's it was a hard fix to figure out, but NOT like other's, HE actually figured it out!!! He didn't give up, was extremely professional and didn't overcharge us. I highly recommend Airman heating and cooling and after living here in Florida for 25 years we FINALLY found an Air Condition repair guy we can trust.

Our AC stopped working while we were on vacation. I called Airman H&C and a technician was sent out the same day. It was a simple matter of clogged filters and not an extensive issue. The technician was upfront and honest and did NOT try to upsell me anything or exaggerate the problem. Very appreciative of their work and ethics. We will definitely call them again should anything go wrong.

There aren't enough good things I can say about Airman Heating & Cooling. My 12 year old AC took a dump in the middle of the hot Florida summer. I called a few AC contractors out to get estimates, and none were as honest, professional and knowledgeable as Darrel. He and his team installed a new unit for me, and it turned out flawless. To top it off, the office manager Paulette couldn't be sweeter, and more accommodating. Absolutely go with this company if you are looking for someone you can trust, and be there for you in this VERY hot state.

Extremely happy with the quick, neat installation of my new AC. Everything was explained and completed exactly as promised. AC works great! I really appreciated the care that was taken to protect my wood floors by putting down protective paper as well as wearing shoe covers when needed. The guys even put a cover over my washer which was next to the AC to keep it protected too. I highly recommend Airman.
