We bought a home in Punta Gorda that we knew was going to need the HVAC system replaced. We did it over the winter when we knew we wouldn't need AC, and they weren't as busy as in the summer. System is a 3 ton heat pump with a variable speed air handler. I had 3 estimates and First Class was the only one who would install the equipment I wanted. It as a lot of work to retrofit what I had to the larger variable speed air handler; it barely fit in the garage ceiling alcove. But they did it. We are very satisfied with Brad and his installers. Our old system was electric heat. I waited 4 months to review so I could compare the system in both heat pump and cooling mode, but everything is working as expected and our heat bill is about 1/3 what the old electric heat would be.

The staff and service personnel are great to work with. Everyone is very professional. The salesman was very informed and helped us understand what we needed. The installers worked very hard all day to get our project completed. They left the workspace clean. The follow up helped us understand how to use an app to check on our home when we are away. We thank First Class for their efficient service. We are confident that we chose the correct company to meet our needs.

We had a new HVAC system put in by First Class in 2021… we had them out for the first 6 month service and then just had them out for our first year service and all we can say is WOW!!!! What a professional company. From the customer service gals who actually call you back to schedule an appointment to the service techs showing up on time in a clean & timely manner.

We had the privilege of having Zach as our tech this time and what a great employee. Those are hard to come buy these days! He showed up in the early part of our assigned time window, he did everything he said he was going to, provided a quote and recommendation for the repair work we need on our original duct system, and inspected his work areas for cleanliness when he was done.

We are so happy we chose them for our AC needs for our home!

The fan outside stopped working. This has happened before and I was able to fix the issue by installing a new capacitor on my own, but this time it didn't fix the problem. I called another company prior to contacting First Class, but didn't get an answer. My call got answered right away with First Class. Both phone reps (the names escape me, apologies ladies) were very polite and professional.

They were able to get their guys out to my house the same day. Frank Rivera & another technician (his name escapes as well apologies) were on time and very professional. Frank quickly assessed the issue and was able to address it with skill and precision the same day. My family and I are grateful to have found such a professional and competent company.

I only make reviews unless I genuinely have something to say good or bad. This company is definitely one of the good ones as far as I'm concerned.

First Class found my humidity problem after our former hvac company was told by me how a neighbor had another hvac company (First Class) reduce their fan speed and their humidity was reduced. Former company did nothing when they came out about the humidity issue. I immediately called First Class and they came right out and found out our ac's fan speed was also too high. Zach reduced the speed and it has worked perfectly one month later. I have already signed up for First Class maintenance when we return next winter season. Good bye former company! Thank you First Class. They were great to work with and highly recommend First Class.

I contacted three different AC companies. First Class lives up to their name. From the first contact with Kevin, the sales representative, I was impressed. He came on time and well prepared with a floor plan of our home.
Other companies were in and out in 15 minutes. Kevin did a thorough inspection and spent about an hour. He looked at the ducts, the air handler the AC unit and gave me his recommendation.
We have lived in this house for 11 years and the AC has never been able to keep the house cool in the summer. Kevin gave us a smaller unit and larger ducts to allow greater air flow. The difference was amazing! We are now cool and comfortable all day long.
They were not the lowest bid, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." We feel we made the right choice.

I called First Class because my A/C was not working. They were able to send a technician within an hour and my problem was quickly identified. Malik was the technician and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The gal in the service department was very helpful and efficient also. This is the first time I’ve used First Class, but it wont be my last. Good job!

Dave was an outstanding Sales person, the whole company has been super professional and great to work with. This is a great company with first class service! I highly trust and recommend First Class Air!

The total installation went well. Installers very professional and did a great job. AC unit and air handler look great. They cleaned up and took all old materials with them. Very happy with system. Salesperson Kevin did an awesome job in helping me decide on unit needed for my residence. He explained everything thoroughly he too very professional yet personable. I highly recommend First Class Air Conditioning.

1st Class A/C was incredibly responsive when my A/C went out in the middle of August and had to be completely replaced. Steve even installee a couple of window units to keep the house comfortable while waiting for the new system to come in to be installed. So glad my neighbor told me about 1st Class AC!! They're the best!!

Great company and great team, Dave, Jorry and Brad from sales to the installation. Dave who managed the initial contact made sure I had some cool air (window units) FOC while we waited for the install of the new HVAC. The install started early in the morning and finished before 4 pm. The service was great and the cost of the new HVAC was very reasonable. I highly recommend 1st Class Air Conditioning.

Dave Rojas and the First Class Team were excellent to work with. Highly recommend them. Been with them for 15 years.!

AC worked perfectly fine when they got here. They just came out for routine maintenance. They left and the AC didn’t work.

The great experience started with the first phone call. You are immediately talking to a real live person. The service technician was in time, knowledgeable and honest. My old unit was 30 years old, and it was time for replacement. The installation went flawlessly and the new unit was affordable. Everyone I have dealt with at First Class has been amazing!

God bless Dave (David) and Malik. Both very friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family. Omg i was so close to buying a whole new system. Thanks to these angels they fixed my ac. (which no other company even tried to fix)

Dave Rojas came to my house and solved a duct problem that the company who services my house could not figure out. It had to do with modifying the duct work in my Florida room and I have a flat roof. It was a little tricky, but Dave figured it out and called the rep at my company and told him what they needed to do. It is a new system and it is under warranty so I didn't have to pay for anything either which was very nice. I highly recommend, Dave, and my AC company is very grateful to him for his help. 🙂👍

Very happy with professional service received for over 15 years with 1st Class AC. They replaced an AC at our first home 2 yr after a no charge service call revealed a dead battery in the thermostat.
