I google A/C companies in my area and picked the one with the best reviews. I expected to wait a few hours for a response or service call. However, I called Airman Heating and Cooling. Paulet picked up immediately. Not only was she very positive for a Monday but she also seemed sincerely concerned on how she could help me. Within a few minutes Paula had someone in route to my home. Darrel showed up promptly and was very Professional. He didn't beat around the bush and was very honest with me about the condition of my system and what was going on with it. When it was all said and done, he had my system up and running within a couple of hours of making the initial call. I recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, honest, and reliable service. Extremely pleased and Satisfied!!!

Airman did a great job with fixing our AC unit. They came on time, went straight to work and figured out what was the problem with our unit right away. They had the parts required for the fix as well. I was VERY impressed with their service and efficiency. If the time comes that I will be needing any more AC fixes, I will call them again and also use them for our tenants AC needs in our rental houses as well as recommend Airman Heating & Cooling to my friends.

We just bought our home in Cape Coral and had water spots on ceiling. Airman came out and diagnosed our problem. Very thorough and upfront. Explained our options and made some recommendations. They came out the next morning and completed the replacement ,in less than 4 hours. Cleaned everything up and brought us up to speed on cooling a house down in Florida. Highly recommend Airman for any work you need.

This company has been nothing but wonderful to me! I had two other companies that I went to first but gave me problems. The first company tried telling me the system would need to be replaced and would cost me around 3500. Mind you, we just bought this home in January! Second company we paid to replace the thermostat, but it ended up breaking after two days leaving my house at 90 degrees. I found Airman’s and was relieved! After our phone call, they showed up within 15 minutes! Airman’s fixed my AC back to normal and during the process have me tips and tricks to keep from it happening again! They also messaged me a few hours later to check up on how the AC was following through! I felt cared for as a customer

I live in NE Cape and Darrell came right out to assess my issue within an hour and a half. In less than 24 hours he was able to get the needed parts and the repair was completed. Amazing service at an affordable rate. Thanks to Darrell and Airman for the quick response.

Airman did an excellent job--I had new carpeting on my stairs and they were very treated my home with care. From their first visit for an estimate, to the installation, it was done with speed and efficiency. I am highly recommending them to my friends and neighbors as I am doing on line.
On top of that, there was someone answering the phone in person to answer any questions that I had. Such wonderful service--almost impossible to find at the present time.

We recently had our A/c replaced by airman and where do I even start. From the minute I called, Paulette was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Darrell came out to give us an estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. To me it was a no brainer, this was the company we were going with. They did not disappoint. Airman Air is great! My elderly mom's ac unit stopped working in early spring. It was a hot Sunday. I called Darrell and he was already on another call but said he would stop by when he finished. He got to the house around 6pm. He checked the unit and found that the thermostat was faulty. He replaced it quickly and all was cool in no time. We truly appreciate his honesty and his compassion. I only use Airman Air AND recommend him for any ac issue.

I have been a customer with Airman Heating and Cooling since 2009. They are awesome from Darrell to Pualette to their employees! In that time I have used them for yearly check ups and have needed to call them on three different occasions for service calls and one of those calls was on a Sunday. They respond quickly, are straight shooters regarding the costs and the service! I have never felt as though they are taking advantage of me because I am a female as some companies do. If anything, I feel as if they have my best interests at hand. I highly recommend Airman!

The owner came out to my boyfriends house. I was expecting to hear he needed a new system. Nope. Very honest and transparent. They took care of the issue, explained the "homeowner maintenance" that he need to do to make the system as long as possible. Its hard to people like this today. Everyone wants to sell you something you don't really need. Thank you Airman- you've got life long customers!

I was at the end of a vacation when my friend who was checking on my house called me with the news that my air conditioning unit had gone out. I was panicky, but he told me that he had a good experience with Airman Heating and Cooling just a few months before. He was really happy with their customer service as well as the air conditioning unit he bought. He texted me the number; I called and was impressed by how friendly and concerned the person I spoke to in the office was, and how quickly they could come out to see what I needed and to give me an estimate. The whole process was friendly and efficient, and I had complete trust that Airman personnel are honest and selling quality air conditioning units. They guarantee their work; I purchased a unit with a 10-year warranty and have been completely satisfied with my air conditioning and the annual checkup.

My A/C went out suddenly in the early afternoon, and after scrambling to find someone to help, Airman Heating & Cooling were out to my house less than an hour after I called them. They figured out the problem, my blower was fried, and were very thorough and honest in explaining all of my options.

I chose to go with a new A/C, which I thought was setting me up for at least a week of hassle, BUT they made it the simplest and smoothest process ever. They had the paperwork done that day, the parts ordered the next, and the new A/C installed the following morning. Not to mention it was extremely affordable. I'm now sitting in some luxurious cool air.

THAT'S NOT ALL THOUGH. They truly care. This wasn't just a sale for them, they took every possible step to make sure my family and I were comfortable. They provided us a brand new window unit to keep our bedroom cool while we waited, AT NO EXTRA COST, and they worked around my work schedule to make everything convenient for me. They went out of their way to fix my coolant lines, pull a permit, repair air ducts, and install a hurricane slab to bolt down the new A/C.

I could go on and on about how awesome they are, and how their exceptional service not only made the process of getting a new A/C possible, but how it's also provided me peace of mind. Well Iafe a phone call to airman and was greeted with kindness and understanding and they made me top of the list to get it changed out and running like clockwork. They came out and did the job. Always caring for their customers. You're part of their family and I have been with them for 3 years. They are bright spot to cape coral. Seriously there is no better AC company in Florida let alone cape coral. Thanks airman. So much appreciated and valued. They removed my old unit and installed a new one. The work is impeccable. Family owned and local. A great company and treated me wonderful from the moment I contacted them through the whole process. And the warranty I got through them is the icing on the cake.

We had our HVAC system inspected after hurricane Ian and were told that we needed to replace our system as there were clicking noises on the air conditioner indicating that there were broken parts and the furnace had mold starting to grow due to the 11 day power outage. We had previously installed a whole house purification system that we were told was working properly. The total for a new HVAC system was approximately $10,000, but the price would go up 40-60% after January 1. We knew we would need to get a second opinion so we called Airman Heating & Cooling and talked to Paulette. She was wonderful to work with, set an appointment for the same day, called to confirm and then called to let me know that Darrel was on his way. Who does that nowadays? I was just amazed at how easy and stress free it was to do this. I wish Paulette worked for all the companies we have had to call for service after Ian!! Darrel came out and inspected our entire system. He indicated that our air conditioner was working properly, added some coolant and then started on the furnace. Our furnace was very clean, no mold detected. He also said that our whole house purification system was not working. When he checked further, he found that the wire to the system had been cut. He fixed it and it now works great. He said that we had a good system and that they install this system for approximately $900. We had paid almost three times that much for the system. We were very satisfied with the entire process - amazed at how professional and stress free it was. We are now utilizing Airman for all of our HVAC needs and will go nowhere else. We have no hesitation in HIGHLY recommending Airman!

We have been working with AirMan Heating & Cooling for several years at our condo in Cape Coral. We recently had to have a new unit installed, and from start to finish they were very professional. We had to do everything from a distance and Paulette kept me informed every step of the way with every detail. I can't say enough about Darrell and Paulette and their crew and the quality service that they provide. Anytime I called, they were always available within a VERY reasonable amount of time. Very glad I got that warranty! My AC unit outside started to make a very loud buzzing noise and was bothering (understandably!) the neighbors. Called Airman to come take a look and once again they were so quick to respond to my call. My unit was leaking and needed a new part. The cost of the repair was more than I spent on the warranty! Cost to me? $0. Get the warranty. You'll be glad you did.

This is the best company I have found. I've been through liars, cheaters, and scammers trying to find a good AC company. Airman Heating and Cooling was the first company I felt completely comfortable with. Paulette is a pleasure to speak to. You feel like family and not a customer on a conveyer belt at checkout. They even answered questions on an install they weren't even doing (wish you guys serviced Naples!)

My old AC gave no notice and quit in the middle of summer! I spoke to quite a few AC companies and just speaking with Paulette I knew they were the one. They came so fast to install a new AC. No one else could make it for 2 weeks. The guys that came to install were so nice and courteous. If I had a question they had no problem answering with a smile. They protected my floors, made no mess, and cleaned up everything after they were done. They handled my warranty and financing so the whole process was painless. Inspection passed in less than 10 minutes. The difference in my electrical bill is pretty much covering the AC payments.

If you don't want to be scammed, lied to, or cheated and you want to feel like family with warm smiles and wonderful customer service, use Airman. I can't recommend them enough.
