The crew came out do work on our neighbor's trees. My wife noticed how quickly they worked and hired them on the spot for some trimming we had been putting off for a number of years. I did not have a tree removed, however, I did have the pleasure of meeting Rick. He was working at a house up the street and came to help me with my fence and he definitely did not have to, but it was greatly appreciated to have a second set of hands to finagle it back into place. I own my own real estate company and manage many properties all over Central Florida, I have been working with this company for about 3 years now when it was hurricane season I had a few properties that needed to have tree maintenance done, a friend of mine had referred me to Big Mike's Tree Service and I have been using them ever since. Not only are they professional and trustworthy, they are reliable and accountable. About a month ago I had a diseased tree that needed to be removed I did not know that trees could get diseases until the climber educated me on arboriculture and I was highly impressed, every question I asked he answered without a hesitation and made sure that I understood the services that were being provided. This is not just your average tree removal company they are educated and not only do they show teamwork and professionalism but they work really hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied when the job is finished they keep you informed every step of the way. Our neighbor used this company for tree removal. We live across the street and the company damaged several of our driveway pavers, the public street and the driveway of the house he worked on. The neighbors contacted the owner who said he would repair ALL damages. The street was repaired late at night however they did not repair our pavers as we didn’t have any replacements. We contacted the owner who lied and said he didn’t know our driveway pavers were damaged. He eventually hung up on my husband after refusing to repair the damage to our property. Do not use the company based on their ethics of running a business and treatment of homeowners.

10 out of 10 recommended this company! I buy my firewood from them and only them. I mostly deal with Stephen who is extremely prompt, courteous, and always willing to help. I haven’t used them for a tree service yet but definitely will when I need it just based off of how Stephen represents the company. They have great prices and value for the money and are always willing to go the extra mile to help me keep my family warm on the cold nights.

So thankful I’ve found this tree service company. They were recommended to me from a neighbor. In FL, and owning multiple properties, having reliable contractors at a reasonable price is the goal. They helped me today at my mother’s property, they attended to her needs, did some add ons, and fully cleaned all areas. They even checked in and made sure my mother was completely satisfied.

Big Mike's Tree Service did a fabulous job removing two dying oak trees from our backyard. We were impressed by the communication between Mike and his team. Each individual played an important role and they worked together very well. These trees were positioned in between fences and a pool - they took great care to make sure each limb fell exactly where intended. I would highly recommend Big Mike’s Tree Service for three removable and trimming!

I attempted to remove some stumps on my own and realized quickly that this was a job for a professional. I called around and ended up choosing Big Mike’s and it was the right choice.
