Easton has been servicing our home in Casselberry for a couple years now. Our previous pool provider just never showed up for months after the hurricane and Easton got our pool back to normal. He is consistent in his work, doesn't cut corners. He is on time the same day every week and has a fantastic attitude and work ethic. He checks everything and brings the vacuum especially during the winter months when wind blows leaves into the pool. Our dogs also love him and go out to greet him! We appreciate all he has done to keep our pool looking top notch!

We have used Swim N’ Fun for many years for our pool repairs. When Jason R. came out and introduced himself I could immediately tell he had a lot of knowledge with pool equipment. Very satisfied with service and price

I have been a loyal customer of Swim N Fun for almost a decade, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I was dealing with several pool leaks, some of which were caused by Swim N Fun's services. To address the issue, I hired a leak detection service to repair the pool per their request.

However, Swim N Fun decided to discontinue my service until the matter was resolved. They requested a report from the leak detection company, and even after I provided it, they still dropped me as a customer. To make matters worse, the service manager did not have the courtesy to call me directly. Instead, they had the receptionist inform me of their decision.

This lack of professionalism and disregard for long-term customers is unacceptable. I expected better from a company I trusted for so many years.
