The technician came out and did a great job cleaning our gas dryer vent. He was prompt and very friendly. The dryer was giving error codes and was not heating. He found the vent out of the house and determined that it was blocked as no air was flowing. He was able to remove all the lint that was built up and the dryer is working great now. On the day of our appointment they texted me to remind of the time, and then closer to our appointment even offered to come a little early.
