Brad takes care of our pool on a weekly schedule. He maintains the chemicals and cleans the pool filter on a regular basis. The pool looks great. He is always willing to discuss any issues. Taking a picture of the pool and sending it to the email saves lots of trees. Thanks for doing this.

We've been using Swim n Fun for several years now and we are very pleased with their service. In addition to providing us with weekly cleaning, their technicians have also done repairs on our pump and a few other things. They are very responsive whenever we voice a concern about the pool, and they also do a good job of communications whenever necessary. Highly recommend!!

I called in Friday in tears thinking I broke the pool pump. Marie was so nice even though I called before they were even open. She talked me through the tears and set up an appointment for a technician to come out and show my mother and myself how to correctly set the pump. We knew we needed a new cartridge for the filter and he advised us where to get the cartridge without breaking the bank. He showed us all the tricks to keep the pool blue. This is the first year out of 4 years that the pool blue falls on me and I think I can keep the blue. Thank you swim n fun.

We’ve been using Swim N' Fun for several years now for our weekly pool service and also any repairs as needed. They are simply easy to do business with which is so imporant to me - no stress!!! They show up when they say they will, do a great job every time, and if there’s ever an issue, they’re quick to take care of it. Our pool always looks beautiful, and the team is consistently friendly, reliable, and professional. It’s been a stress-free experience, and I highly recommend them.

We are new pool owners and were having an issue with our pool pump "gurgling". We initially got a diagnostic from another company in which they said said the system was fine. Then with more issues, had them come out again and they said to replace an O-Ring (that they said we could do ourselves much cheaper, however as new pool owners I'd rather get it fixed professionally) and got quoted at $325 to change the ring.

I reached out to a few other companies including Swim N Fun. When I called, the individual that answered heard my concern about how I received a diagnostic and looked at videos from my issue in the pool. She walked me through her initial diagnostic without looking at the entire system and provided me with some differing opinions (which to be fair, seemed more reasonable than the initial diagnostic fix). Their guy came out within a few days and replaced a part that had an issue with the connection to the pump and O-ring connection in which the price for his work and diagnostic was still less than the quoted cost we received. He was extremely reasonable, knowledgeable, and helpful being first time owners. I will definitely use this company going forward and recommend them to others as I could not appreciate the time they took to walk us through the issue, the fix, and what we can do in the future as new pool owners.

Brad is my weekly pool technician and always does a thorough job. I also appreciate receiving an email after each weekly cleaning that details exactly what was done and which chemicals were used. I've used Swim N' Fun since I moved into my house in 2011 and recommend them to anyone I know looking for pool services. They have always treated me well and provided me with great service. They initially provided me with pool school, then resurfaced my pool and laid pavers (Bob was very helpful during that whole process), then started weekly pool maintenance for me. Shaun was the best; he definitely went above and beyond his weekly maintenance duties. While at my house one week, he realized my outdoor A/C unit was not acting properly so I could get it fixed before it stopped working and helped, and he helped me discover my pool was leaking and recommended the appropriate repair company. Marie in the office is also always very nice and responsive. Over the years, they have provided repairs and replacements and have always been timely and professional. I appreciate all they have done and am happy to support a local, family-owned business.
