I had a great experience working with Ariel and the crew. The communication, timeliness, price, and quality of work were excellent. They trimmed my large oak tree and my 70 foot long bamboo hedge. I'm very happy with the results, including the clean up. I definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

I needed a same day service to deal with a minor HOA violation… it had to be same day to ensure I could close on selling my home. They took care of exactly what I needed with reasonable prices given the circumstances. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Great job!

I text them last night at 7:00pm to give me an estimate to remove a plant root.
Ariel responded that night, I sent pictures of work needed done. Got an estimate agreed to work. The next morning workers came out and removed my plant root. Then sent pictures of palm tree that needed pruning, estimate provided and they took care of it right away. Great response and great service. I will definitely use this

We had a tree trimmed back off our property. Ariel was quick to respond and to get the job done. He partnered with another company because the job was larger. I wasn't sure what to think when they showed up but after I was impressed. Very professional, organized and left our back yard super clean. I would highly recommend if you want the job done right

They were very responsive and able to send someone out the next day, which was great. The tree removal and stump grinding were completed as expected, but I was a bit surprised that quite a bit of debris was left behind. For the price, I was hoping for a more thorough cleanup so I didn’t have to rake and pick up afterward.

These guys are good in tree removal, but they don't care about your grass and shrubs and plants. They messed up my yard, also they did not finish the cleaning up! And i discovered later that they did not grind all the stumps!

Steve and the crew were very professional and attentive to detail, we have been always satisfied with their work. They are fast, but the work is always done right.. Until next time.

I feel being scammed. He pressure my husband to pay as soon as possible after they cut down the tree. After we paid and he cashed out the check. we have more issues want to communicate, then he just never answer his phone. Be careful guys.

I had two trees come down during Matthew. One about 60', the other was about 40'. Big Mike's came out the day after I called and took care of the both of them and fell another dead tree for me. I couldn't believe how fast they did the job. These guys are very reasonable and honest and helped a lot with the clean up. I had a quote from another service for four times what Big Mike's charged me. Honestly, I gave them more than what they quoted me because I didn't feel like it was enough for all the work they did. I won't use anyone else from now on.

It was a pleasure doing business with big Mike. The crew was great on time clean everything up I will definitely refer them. Those are the people you need to see if you need your trees cut or trim big mike great.

I had called another service twice and got no response.
So I make an appointment with 3 others for a quote. Over the weekend.
All said they would come on Monday.
Mike came in the morning 20 minutes from his phone call. Gave me a good quote and said they could do it today. They guys were right around the corner.
So I contacted the other two and canceled my appointment.
And that’s how u run a business!!

Mike provided a quote to remove a tree, grind the stump and trim another. After we agreed on a date for the work, he and his crew arrived on time. The tree was removed with no problems. Everything was cut, chipped and removed.
The quality of work was excellent, I would highly recommend Mike to a friend/family.

After not hearing back from another tree service. I reached out to Big Mike's Tree Service. Mike showed up in an hour or so. I was anxious to get this 60 ' dead oak tree down. Mike said no problem.
Tree crew showed up about a hour or so later, had the tree down with in an hour, with the help of a lift. My tree was to dangerous to climb.
Anyway, tree crew was very professional and very safety conscience. You can't go wrong with Big Mike's Tree Service👍
