I hired them to remove a tree. They responded with estimate and scheduling in a timely manner . Pricing is very reasonable. Veteran owned and operated. Very good and respectful men.

The owner came to my house in Altamonte Springs Florida to give me an estimate. I had a half dead tree 30 feet tall between my house and my neighbors house. They did the job for the price estimated. I am very pleased with the work and recommend them highly.

I found Joe Frost of Red Oaks Tree Service on the Nextdoor webpage and he also came highly recommended from two of my neighbors. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, he was very helpful with advice and tips on how to manage the different trees in our yard. I had a huge limb over my house, Joe and his crew lower this huge limb with precision, and with no damage to my home or to my nearby flowers & plants. Absolutely amazing!!

Accurate and fair quote. Exceptional communication throughout the entire process, including me changing my mind 7 times. Prompt arrival and left the yard better than he found it(couldn’t even tell that they took out 4 trees). Worked an entire day straight until the job was completely done, even though I was warned he may have to come back the next day to finish clean up, they knocked it out before they left. All around awesome service would highly recommend to anyone needing tree service.

They did an amazing job attention to detail, I was very happy with the Joe the owner and is crew. There was a little hick up that a part of the tree fell and cracked my driveway. The tree climber was really upset what happened. After a few minutes the rest of us realized what happened. Right away Joe was asking how do you want to go about getting this fixed. I had my ideas and so did he. We finally got it figured out. He cam back with his wife that knows how to do concrete work and with his crew on the 4th of July to get it done. This was 3 days after this incident. I know things happen in any kind of industry, it's all about how it's handled afterwards and it was handled perfectly. I will use them again for sure. Thank you you guys for everything!

Joe was the first to return call and he looked at my problem that day. I wad not there but I knew there was a lot to be done. He mentioned big hanging limbs which would an issue in the future. For what he did his price was quite fair. It took him days of hard work, and I am quite pleased with the results. I highly recommend Joe and Red Oak Tree Service. 5 stars!

Joe and his team did a WONDERFUL job at my home! They were referred by family and came highly recommended and they lived up to that recommendation. Joe was extremely responsive and came by to take a look the same day I called for a quote. His quote was fair and competitive and we scheduled the work for the following week. They were on time and got straight to work. They trimmed a few trees and took down a dead oak tree and everything came out looking great!! The clean up was awesome as well. It was as if they were never here in terms of debris in my yard. I can’t say enough good things about Red Oak Tree Service and highly recommend them for anyone needing tree work done! Great customer service, great quality of work, and all around good guys!

I had Red Oak Tree Service trim and prune my large oak trees today. Joe and his team did an amazing job! I have had my trees trimmed many times, but this is the best work and service I have received. They were very respectful of my property and did a wonderful job of cleaning every thing up when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time having Joe and his team out. As usual, they did an immaculate job. This time on a massive pine tree in a tight spot but they made it happen. They were in and out in a just a few hours, very reasonably priced I might add. Will recommend to family and friends.

Best tree service we've found in 20 years of trying others. Veteran owned & operated in a professional, efficient, & very fair priced manner. Joe showed up when he promised, did an excellent job trimming & removing trees including a large tree, & clean up left my yard in great shape.

We had a large oak tree that was hit by lightning a couple years ago. About the same time our daughter was diagnosed with cancer , so the tree obviously was not a priority. Fast forward 2 years later. The tree started dropping a lot of bark & debris and the woodpeckers had made huge holes in some of the branches. I knew the tree had to come down. I called a few places for quotes, but they were out of our price range. We were talking to our grandson about the tree & how much people wanted to take it down. He gave us a number & said see what Joe can do. Joe gave us a quote, calmed my fears about the tree being so close to our house & septic system. Joe brought out his crew , and worked side by side with them. They not only took down that large oak, but took down some other smaller trees & did some limb removal that were over our power lines , and cleaned everything up. All for less money than the others wanted for that one big tree. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future .

The previous company didn’t finish the job correctly and refused to come back out. However Red Oak Tree Service was thorough by starting the grinding process and letting me see the initial results before proceeding. He also cleaned the area after the job.
