Awesome service, from the rep Crystal to the gentlemen that came out to do the work. Fair price , guy came out and less than an hour I had 2 ugly stumps out of my front yard. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Poor customer service. Requested an arborist report and they came out and did the inspection and told me the trees had a disease. They gave me an estimate of over 2,000 dollars to cut the trees and because I can't afford it, they refused to let me pay for just the report. I called the company for 1 week straight and left numerous messages and no one answered the phones or returned my calls. I even texted them and no response...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would NOT refer this company to ANYONE!!

We are having a shed delivered and we have low hanging tree limbs blocking the area. Seminole Tree Masters came out inspected the area and competed the work same day! Cleaned up all the debris and had me inspect their work before they left. They made sure my gate was closed properly for my dogs too! Very professional and friendly employees! Thank you!

Seminole Tree Masters is my go to company for all my arbor needs. They have done route trimming to removal of maples and pines along with stump removal. Jonathon and his crew are quick to schedule the work and the cleanup is as if no work happened at all. I highly recommend them to home owners.

We hired Seminole Tree Masters to cut down an Oak tree in our backyard. They sent a nice rep, Obie Hall, over who gave us a written quote that included putting down plywood to preserve the surrounding lawn and stump grinding and removal. When they showed up to the job, Obie wasn't with them, and the job needed to be explained all over again, but they accomplished the task of removing the tree. However, they never used the plywood promised in the written quote and left a dirt pit. They also left a huge pile of stump grindings. A mulch pile! After I paid Obie, he assured me that they were coming back for the stump grindings tomorrow and that they'd address the dirt pit with sod or as needed. They never came back. I spoke on the phone with Obie the sales rep multiple times who promised me they'd come back and finish the job. They never did. I left voicemails, I sent text messages. I asked politely for a partial refund so I could find someone to haul away the mulch mountain. They ghosted me. I am so disappointed. I really trusted these guys. It's been over a month now. But the tree is gone. So that's something. Photo of the guys and the dirt pit attached.

Great same day service, with a prices that can't be beat. I had a ton of trees in my backyard that needed removed/trimmed, the guys did all that work in less than a day. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again. A+++

Jon and his team are my trusted tree guys!!! I have used various companies over the years and no one is better than Seminole Tree Masters. They do what they say they will do, their pricing is best, and service is outstanding. If you are looking for a tree company, look no further! I won’t use anyone else.

Seminole Tree Masters might be a master of trees but they will leave your yard a mess , damage your property and not even have the decency to tell a home owner. They left a side gate with a big gaping hole in it my little dog got out and was almost killed by cars !
Then leaf filter came next day to do an installation and was unable to do so due to severe damages done to our new gutter that they knew they damaged during tree removal !
After now reading these reviews seems this company is definitely questionable and not reliable about fixing damages they incure.
Obie said he was going to fix our gate issue but never showed up . Now a day later we find the new gutter mangled .

Very professional and quick. These guys get the job done! Can't recommend them enough.

They cut down a large camphor tree that was putting large roots out too close to my foundation. They left no damage and I'm very happy with the result.

I also had them trim an oak tree that was blocking sunlight on some fruit trees. They did it without damaging any of the fruit trees.

Jon came out to give us an estimate for a tree to be removed in our front yard. The price was very reasonable. Jon and crew showed up next morning, removed the tree and even trimmed some branches over our roof. Everything was cleaned up and completed by lunch. Awesome job to Jon and crew.

They trimmed my trees in the back yard for hurricane season. The crew did a great job but they did not clean up all of the debris from the trees. They also damaged my fence in the process. Which is STILL NOT fixed almost a month later. Every time I call to speak to someone I get the runaround from Obie or the young girl that answers the phone. The prices are good but it’s not worth the headache after.

We have used Seminole Tree Masters twice and have been very happy with them both times. Jon is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He and his men are very efficient and do a great job of cleaning up when done as well. We’ve already gotten compliments from neighbors on their work!

This was an absolute terrible experience and I cannot believe a business is run this way. The gentleman we were working with simply dropped off the face of the Earth and stopped responding to any texts, calls, or emails we sent. He was hired for a simple landscaping job and after agreeing to the estimate he gave us, he just disappeared. When we first scheduled an appointment with this company to have them come out and give us an estimate, Jon arrived late to the appointment because he said he had been working in his own personal yard and lost track of time. We looked past this because we wanted to give him a chance. He did not take any notes when we showed him what we wanted done in our front and back yard, and when he sent us the estimate, he forgot to add two very important parts of the job we wanted done. We still continued to work with him and reminded him of those two items which he added to the estimate, but after we agreed to work with him he just disappeared. He was supposed to come out the following week, but he did not show up and did not text or call. When I tried to reach him on Friday at the end of the week, he said he would notify me on Monday as to when he would be coming out because he actually had me on the schedule for the week after what he had originally set up. I was a bit upset about this, but still continued to give him a chance. On Monday, he did not text or call me so I tried to reach out to him on Tuesday and ever since then he just ignored me altogether. I ended up having to go with a different company to get the work done, because for whatever reason Jon decided to just disappear. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a job done in a timely fashion or hoping to receive good customer service.

Jon and his crew removed two very tall palm trees for me today. Their work was totally professional in every way. The price was fair, they were on time and the clean-up was so good you can’t tell they were here.
I highly recommend this company for any tree work.

I shopped around and received multiple quotes for the tree job that I needed. Seminole Tree Masters was about $500 below its competitors, so I decided to go with them. They cut down an elm tree and 3 palm trees. The service was a full removal and stump grinding.

The service went well, but there was some damage to our gutters. We recently received a new roof and gutters this year (2021). Seminole Tree Masters main form of communication was through text and they responded in a timely manner. The work was completed on November 16th and we are yet to see anyone to assess the damage. From here they have ghosted most of my responses.

For anyone that plans to use their service, be aware that if any damage happens it may not be resolved. Other than that, the tree removal process was fine.

Jon and his team did a great job cleaning up our entire property, including pruning mistletoe from a tree we were keeping, trimming back our neighbor’s trees that were hanging over our property, and removing an old tree from our front yard that was past its prime. I appreciated Jon’s recommendations when assessing the work. Communication throughout the process was great, the work was done as expected, and they started on time (and finished early). I look forward to having Seminole Tree Masters back the next time we need our trees tended to.

Johnathan and his crew did a fantastic job! I had 2 oak trees dangerously close to power lines I needed removed. He and his crew removed the trees with no trouble at all! And ground the stumps free of charge to boot!Johnathan was completely professional and respectful of my property. My wife and I are very happy with the results! We highly recommend his service!

We received conflicting messaging from other companies on whether our sycamore tree needed to be cut down. A friend referred us to this company and told me Jon would be knowledgeable and honest. He gave us a recommendation and explained why it was necessary to cut it. The next day they cut the tree, cleaned up a few others, and were gone in some hours. They hauled everything too, which some companies skip out on. They were competitively priced and friendly. We would use this company again.
