Giulio was willing to fit us in day of for a complementary diagnosis even though we didn't call him until Friday at 4:30 PM and he was already booked until 6:00 PM. When he arrived, he fixed the problem (the capacitor) in a few minutes and charged us a reasonable rate. Our small children are sleeping now, and we are so glad we called Giulio!

Giulio was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to say the least, I'm thoroughly appreciate his service and his knowledge of the AC problems and have my AC fixed at 10:20 PM.
When a good friend of mine who owns 3 rentals recommended her AC guy to help me to fix our AC which was not blowing cold air, unfortunately the guy can't come over until Thursday afternoon, we were ready to endure it for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, however, by late Tuesday the room temperature has risen to 88, I decided to find someone close by and whoever can come Wednesday morning, luckily by 9:40pm I started texting with Giulio, because I found out their location is only 4 mins away from my home, giulio responded and offered to come over to fix the problem if it's simple, by the time when we've finished our conversation...he was at the door at 10pm and have it fixed by replacing the cylinder head which brought the compressor back on life.......This company is my life savor.

Giulio was able to squeeze me in last minute to examine my AC setup and thermostat. Came back on a Saturday morning to swap my thermostat and clean outside coils, and give me some tips on my AC unit and HVAC setup. Works quickly and cleanly, friendly and knowledgeable. Followed up with Me to check on things. Fair pricing for labor.

Mr. Magil Came to our house to repair what we thought was an easy leak. He was the third company we called and was always quoted a price higher than 1700 because some pipes were leaking. He showed me the pipes and explained the problem. The two other companies was blaming faulty installation and they needed to undo all the work. Sorry so long but simply if you need work done. They helped us and explained everything in English and Spanish 5 stars
