RJ and Ly were amazing technicians today. I also highly recommend Riley. He is very patient and thorough. Speedy, friendly, and oh so knowledgeable making the annual tune up appointment go smoothly. Erik and Jerry came out today for a routine maintenance appointment for our AC. We’ve been very pleased with the service from AirFlow since we purchased our system in 2021.

Jerry and Erik were a great team this morning! I only expected to get a quote for duct cleaning but they were able to knock out the service while they were here. They were patient when explaining the process and results, and thoughtful enough to make sure our pets were comfortable and safe throughout the day. They even took special care to clean up after they were finished. Overall very happy with the experience

I just had your technician, Juan Duffo come to my house for a maintenance call/warranty evaluation. While the age of my unit excluded it from the warranty program, Juan shared the value of the Maintenance Agreement, and performed one of the included tuneups the day of his visit. I can’t convey how thorough he was in his efforts. There aren’t many services these days where I feel like I got my moneys worth, but that’s not the case here. He took before and after pictures outlining the work he did too.
I feel confident in recommending Air Flow, and especially Juan as a technician.

Erik & Jerry arrived in the arranged time frame. They were cordial and knew their jobs. Erik was working inside most of the time and he was very helpful with answering our questions and giving us a lot of information about our system and especially about the ultraviolet bulb replacement which was planned. Based on his experience with the bulb system we decided to have him install the new version of the system rather than just doing the replacement.

I was referred to this company by a family member and have been so very impressed with their service and work ethic. From the initial call to the office regarding problems with my AC unit which was handled so very promptly to a visit from Bill Porter to go over my options at that point, everyone was kind and there was no pressure. I knew the time had come to replace the entire system and the options given were affordable and within my means. The installation was done on a very warm July day by men who were just as determined to get it done as I was to be cool again. If it can be said that this process was pleasant, it truly was due to the way in which it was handled so efficiently and with consideration to me as the homeowner. I would gladly recommend this family-owned, reputable and reliable business to anyone needing their services.

Airflow has been my go to company for years. I purchased a unit from them in 2020 and count on them for preventive maintenance to protect my investment. Easy to schedule. Have always had responsive customer service. Today my tech was RJ. Polite and respectful of property.

We have three HVAC systems and use the Air Flow Maintenance plan. Besides the regular maintenance they perform, when one of our systems had an annoying and complicated problem, they did not give up until they solved the problem. At no cost! Their field technicians are the best. Their maintenance plan is well worth it!

Our AC technician Juan D. did an excellent job servicing our unit. He was very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned out properly. He even showed us proof of the work he completed and took the time to explain how the system was functioning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire visit. We really appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend!

He provided us with his potential time of arrival via a phone call. Upon arrival, RJ performed his job in a professional and courteous way. RJ kept us informed and updated as he performed the inspection and repairs to our unit. RJ is a great asset to this company and really provided excellent customer service while here. My wife & I are extremely happy and impressed with the installation work perform by the excellent installers/technicians Air-Flow Designs working on our new Carrier AC system. Both Bruno Salsas & Ricardo Spullaro technical knowledge and attention to detail in completing their tasks was exceptional. They should be commended for their excellent work! Overall, the experience of the entire project by Air-Flow Designs team, Mike Weis, Gary, Installers, etc..., was amazing!
