What an outstanding service. My previous AC company had trouble fixing my unit issue. I called Gembecki Mechanical Services, I deal with Codey. He was very professional. They worked as a team. The one person inspected the unit, found the issue. A replacement part part ordered. It was installed today by 2 technicians. Today my AC unit is working fine. Thanks so much for your help!!!

Gembecki is still providing stellar care. But good thing my York AC unit has a 10-year warranty. It has failed more often than I would have expected. But Gembecki's great servicing makes it tolerable and affordable.

Awesome company to work with. We had a new Trane Air Conditioner installed a few months ago. My husband and I were having problems adjusting the thermostat, due to the fact that we both are technically challenged. We called for service, and Tim the service man came to our rescue. I was lucky to receive same day service to check for a leak, maybe because it was a cold day lol. I must say from the chat, to my first contact and when Josh showed up I was presently surprised with great service. It got better, after bring told we have a leak in our recently replaced lines I needed a second opinion and counted on Gembecki to help me. Within 3 minutes of Josh being on site he found the leak in my outside unit simply by removing a panel the other company didnt. This small step SAVED me over "another" couple thousand dollars another company wanted to replace the lines AGAIN (which would not have resolved the leak). My service was Top Notch and Gembecki has me as their customer for life!!!! Thank you Josh and team Gembecki 🩵

I almost went with the A/C company everyone in my complex uses until someone told me to call Gembecki. Ron was able to come over same day and provide a quote. They were patient and Dannielle and Patty were able to provide me with all documents I needed for my HOA within about an hour of me requesting them. Marsha and Ron were so pleasant to deal with and had great communication. Our unit was installed by Boris and Steve who were also great. From start to finish I cannot recommend this company enough!

We recently had the annual tune-up on our four a/c systems (two residences) under our Air Flow maintenance agreements. The office staff worked with us to schedule all four tune-ups on the same day. Deante, our service technician, was meticulous with each unit and when he finished, he went over with us in detail what he had done with each one. We have purchased four Carrier systems from Air Flow and maintained annual service agreements for over 20 years. This exceptional service is the reason why.

We have been using Airflow for 3 years and have the maintenance plan for every 6 months. They are so efficient and do a great job. They also found things we didn't know were broken and since we had maintenance plan 100% of parts and labor were covered. Our technician today was Juan and he went above and beyond.🙂

I had a really good experience with Ricardo, Mike, and Bruno who came from a long distance away to install a new air conditioning unit at my home. I've been an Air Flow customer for more than 20 years because of the service and the quality of the machines they install.

I am under an Air Flow service contract and Juan Duffo performed my annual preventive maintenance service today. He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to keep my eight-year old Carrier AC/heat pump system running well. I am quite pleased with the contract and pleased with the service received. Jerry and Erik came to clean out 27 vents in our home. We had complained before calling Air Flow that the A/C did not work the same in every room. To our surprise, they told us that when taken down the grills to clean the vents, that 6 or 7 of the grills were completely closed. I was completely blown away by this news that explained the air flow in our home. They spent several hours doing a thorough job of cleaning all the vents and the A/C unit itself. They were extremely professional and answered all our questions. We are very grateful for their work.
