I called them after my normal AC company for 7 years kept letting down and said it would be a couple days before they could come out. They were able to come out within 4 hours and on time. Fixed the problem quickly, professional and not only listed all fees, but explained them all. Everything was a fair price and not jacked up like previous company that has had to fix the AC they installed 20 times over 6 years starting the year they sold it to me. I am so happy I found Gembecki, they will be my AC company moving forward!

Easy from start to finish. Quote with options to meet our budget. Service techs respectful, explaining every step of the process of installation. Rebuild the air handler closet, like professional craftsman( looked great) cleanliness (you would have never know the were there)
They are a family company ( and made us feel like we were part of there family)

I have had a service contract in place for a few years with a Gembecki competitor. My AC unit needed to be replaced. The competitor gave me a bid. I called Gembecki to get an estimate as well. I had quotes done on the same brand and model. Gembecki did not know the competitors price quote. Gembecki beat the competitor by $480.00. They also then recommended a less expensive brand that they felt would do well. This saved me another $700.00 and a similar 10 year warranty. Gembecki had my new AC system in place and operating the very next day. The service techs were all wonderful. Gembecki is a great company and I wish I would have known this years ago. Thanks to Ron Wood and his team and Paula in the office!

Not only do we love being a part of the care program but our AC went out Wednesday night, I called Gembecki on Thursday morning. They had a tech over in 30 min. Diagnosed the problem, called the office, ordered the parts. Shannon called to confirm appt, she had someone drive over the parts, had Tim meet us at our house to install new part and we were up and running with new part to AC all in same day!!

We have been using Gembecki since the first day we closed on our house. They are always responsive, reasonable and honest. We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced. They did a great job. They were on time and cleaned up as they worked, and I know from comparison shopping that the price was fair. It's a lot of money to replace your AC and air handler, but at least their professionalism to the sting out of it.

I had purchased our air-conditioning system from Gembecki A few years ago and have been extremely happy with the unit as well as follow up service and found them to be extremely reasonable… Last week I called asking for them to install a thermostat for me as I am totally blind and wanted a thermostat that would be accessible and could adjust on my iPhone… they promptly came out and installed the thermostat along with getting it set up and even connecting to my Alexa app… The tech could not have been nicer and more helpful, going over and beyond the call of duty… The staff at their office were extremely knowledgeable and kind in getting Josh out to help me so quickly… I would highly recommend them for any of your air and heating needs… Extremely reasonable, knowledgeable on the products, and extremely conscientious… Is rare to find such a company who really stands behind what they do and certainly they should be proud of their fine work I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends…

Gembecki Mechanical Services is a great company. They replaced my mother's A/C unit. They were on time. They were extremely professional. They left the home cleaner than it was when the arrived, and they were competitively priced. They even brought a portable A/C unit so my elderly mother would not get too hot. If you need a new A/C unit you should give them a call.

Tim showed up on time and immediately determined the cause of my AC not working. He repaired the AC quickly preventing us from suffering in 90 plus heat. He was very pleasant and professional. We could not be more pleased with how he handled our problem. A true professional! I will use Gembecki for all my AC maintenance needs moving forward. Great company!

I have used Gembecki for years. Professional & dependable & courteous service. Gembecki just replaced my old AC system with a completely new system. Boris & Stephen did an exceptional job. The stand for the the air handler had to be completely rebuilt and Boris built a beautiful unit and even replaced the nasty insulation that was hiding behind the walls. This team was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to have around the house for this day long job. I am vey happy with the service and the new unit cooling and heating my home. I have complete trust in this company and they are always here for me when I need them.

I cannot say enough good words about Gembecky. After reality hit that I needed a new AC to replace my 20 years old one, I shopped around and glad to have followed one of my coworker’s suggestion. The price was right, the brand is one of the top, and being that I chose one that they had in stock, the service started on the next day. The crew was very professional, left my garage clean, the base for the AC unit that needed to be replaced was done right, and they were very polite and courteous. They also had the best financing of all the others that I checked - in case you need.

My second experience with the Gembecki team and it was awesome. Spoke to Marsha who helped me out with a last minute situation concerning my air conditioning unit. She was even able to get Josh who was my technician the first time I used Gembecki. They were both professional and able to solve the issue with my unit the same day. There prices are definitely fair. They are my permanent AC company. I will not be using anyone else.

Gembecki came to perform a yearly comfort club service and found 2 problems. Both were repaired and covered under warranty and we only paid for the labor. We've been using them for nearly 20 years and they are always so prompt, helpful and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend their business.

I signed up for the Comfort Club and can’t be more satisfied. Gembecki came out quickly and serviced the system. Being a newer build house they noticed things that weren’t efficient or just plain wrong and fixed them. System now runs perfect. I would highly recommend Gembecki Mechanical for all your a/c needs.

Tech was very good and did a very good job. This was the yearly check up. A man from the office named Cody called to set up the appointment for January 9th and said it was time for my yearly maintenance. I would prefer next time to have it done in early spring just before the really hot season. My unit is not a heat pump.

Office manager does everything she can to rip people off. A new office manager needs to be hired that actually cares about customer service and satisfaction. I have had several issues with the AC system that this company installed. And they don't even keep proper track of the calls that they have at my house. As I have had them out for issues every year but they do not keep it. Called in for a warranty call at 11am she refused to get a tech to our house until after 5 to try and ensure that they would be able to charge use $120 an hour for a warranty issue. Apparently $120/hr is a nominal fee as they explained my contract states the fee clearly. The only thing it states is NOMINAL. Which means far less then it is actually worth. $120/hr is in no way a nominal fee. My wife called at least 4 times trying to get a tech to our home. Of course 4:45pm they call and let us know a tech can get to our house but they will arrive after 5pm so it will be $120/hr. This us not the first time this issue has arisen with this company and I have had to wait in a home well over 80 degrees. But I was finally tired of their rip off antics and called in myself. After being very stern and upset at the situation and my home being at 87 degrees with in two months of Service. Which the service if done properly will prevent the issue I had from ever happening. I work as an Electrician for a company that now does AC and you are supposed to check capacitors for proper functionality. The capacitor on my system had gone bad. It was literally at 20 min fix. That they wanted to charge me $120/hr. They had the audacity to tell me if I was nice they would have been out to my house sooner. Failing to realize that my wife called and was extremely nice 4 times and they only wanted to charge her. This company has no standards and does not do their job properly. Find another company and don't get swindled like I did.

The A/C this company installed is not enough to cool my house in the summer. They cannot even properly Size an AC system for a home. In August my house is never below 80. And when they come out they say my AC system is working just fine.

I have used this company in the past for maintenance and they have been great. I recently got 3 bids to install a brand new a/c unit in my home. Gembecki was the best quote price wise and offered the most assistance in explaining everything to me regarding what I was getting. Ron provided a quote within 3 days and once I signed it, we set up a time for them to do the work. They were on time, finished the job and everything was done professionally. The installers were courteous and professional. I am super happy with the system that they recommended. And, Marsha and Ron both followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Would absolutely refer them to anyone who needs a/c service or replacement.
