Discount Air excels at every level. I arrived home from a vacation to a broken AC. I called Oscar on a Sunday at 3pm. By 11am Mon, I had a new AC installed at a very reasonable price. Oscar is not only an exceptional businessman, he is also an outstanding human being. Finding a company like this is rare. I will never use anyone else as long as Oscar is selling AC units.

Excellent Company. Very good pricing. Quick to respond to requests. Mike went out of his way to provide me with information that my first A/C technician was unaware of ( I had no working a/c for 5 days while the tech was looking for parts). As a result, Mike referred me to an A/C tech that he had good results with and good feedback on. Mike's guy came out the same day and completely diagnosed and solved the problem within 10 minutes...and didn't need any parts! This is an awesome, honest and helpful company that cares about their customers. I would be happy to refer them to anyone needing anything to do with heating and air conditioning!

Oscar was the best! My AC compressor fan went out randomly one day at the worst possible time, and I needed a new fan motor that same day as I was leaving town the following day, and it’s not an easy motor as it’s one of those high efficiency multi-speed motors. However, He had exactly what I needed, along with all the accessories to go with it, at a good price! I was super satisfied with all the expertise, install tips, and hardware that went along with the motor. Definitely coming back again if I have any more AC trouble, wouldn’t pick anyone else!

When does your HVAC break down? On the hottest day of the year, of course. I was lucky to find this place on a searing hot summer day, they had the blower motor I needed in stock at a competitive price, and they sell to the public. I had my AC back up and running within a few hours at minimal cost. Quick note, the building is a little hard to find as there are no signs out front, but the address (number) is clearly posted.

Absolutely fantastic crew to work with. And they do sell to homeowners. Do note they have 2 offices. This and the one at 110 Anchor RD. And it's family owned. Even better for small business support. The pricing for a whole unit was 5x better than anywhere I have looked.
