Have always had a good experience with Gembecki for AC service and repair. The office staff is always very nice and works me into the schedule within a reasonable time frame. Technicians show up on time, are friendly, and get the job done. Recommend.

Continue to receive poor service from Gembecki. Replaced the same A/H embedded breaker (3rd one) in 2 years. They tried to charge for ‘heater board’ then breaker not under warranty. After phone calls to correct their incompetence they figured out it was covered again under warranty. I need to find a more reputable firm.

Update: gembecki’s response to us having to call them to correct their error is … to call them. Nice!

They came out quickly and resolved the issue and got my a/c back up and running. Service was professional, I will be using Gembecki going forward for my HVAC needs.

Gembecki is phenomenal. This company took care of me and my family. A few times they came out to service our house and their dedication to their client is simply amazing. They make sure you and your family are satisfied with their completed work. These guys up front and honest, time frames to get the job done was always precise and if any hiccups, they will definitely let you know. I would recommend them any day of the week and it's always guaranteed. 😉

We had an issue and they came right back out this week and repaired. These folks are the BEST!!!

I can’t say enough about the company and Marsha the office administrator. Our ac was not working after we had paid another company over $4000. My husband had just had surgery and it was raining and 90 degrees outside. They repaired my equipment and then when not working properly came back out and spent 5 hours replacing the new equipment they had installed due to a faulty valve. The compassion and quality work was amazing. Thank you all. I will always waive your flag. Soozi

Gembecki Services have been around for a long time.
The reason being that they provide excellent service. They have maintained our three (3) individual units at our home; have provided replacement and installation at our home and office, and they respond promptly to any mishap or cooling emergency, which is a real necessity in hot, humid Florida!
We tried a “home utilities management” or “home shield” type home warranties for awhile, but their visits were very hard to schedule, very brief and cursory, and the service, knowledge, and attention to detail evinced by Gembecki are seriously superior!

Great Company, Gembecki Air Conditioning, Very Professional. very friendly. We had an Air Condition installed yesterday. Could not have ask for better service. Everyone from the Air Conditioning Specialist Ron Ward to the Office Staff and the Installers. Thanks for your awesome service.

Our AC unit quit working after @ 5 years. We decided to use Gembecki Air for the first time. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly discovered that the evaporator core was bad. Thanks to honesty we were told it was fully covered under warranty . Needless to say our future AC issues will be performed by Gembecki Air. I am a firm believer in HONESTY being the best policy.

Very happy with the service I experienced. JeMere was professional, courteous and did a great job with my condensate pump replacement. Reasonable price too. Will definitely be using Gembecki moving forward.

A neighbor referred me to Gembecki when the AC stopped cooling during the current heat wave. I called them first thing in the morning but expected to wait at least a day or two for a tech to come by. They returned my call and said one would be over btwn 2 & 5 pm. Promptly at 2 Chris pulled and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. Best of all both parts and labor were less than $200! No ridiculous mark up on the new capacitor or add-on services fee. This company has another customer for life 😀

We have been using this company for years. Although we have a home warranty, that covers AC. I still call Gembecki for All our AC needs. Great service great technicians

We had such a great experience with Gembecki installing a new AC unit in our home. Everyone from the office staff to the install techs were very professional and knowledgable. They kept us informed along every step of the way and were always on time. I highly recommend them.

I’m so happy to provide this review for this company. Great service provided by a very knowledgeable technician. We have an older system but we can’t afford to replace it yet. The technician didn’t just blow us off because our system was old. He provided a diagnostic service and R22 Freon to get us cool again. We will definitely be calling them when we are ready to upgrade. Honest business!

Everyone at Gembecki is professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. (My family, neighbors, & I, all greatly appreciate Max especially, for doing our annual maintenance.) Prices are very reasonable & competitive, and their services are reliable & time-tested. Thank you all for keeping things cool!

February 2026 - We had another outstanding experience with Gembecki today. We had a problem with our thermostat last night and after calling this morning, a technician was dispatched to our home by noon. Will did a terrific job, resolved the issue quickly and professionally and gave me advice should it happen again. As I have noted before - the customer service experience, from the folks who answer the phone to the technicians who come to your house, is first class, five stars. You would be hard pressed to find a more responsive, caring or professional heating and air conditioning company in Orlando. We have been satisfied customers for over 11 years and will trust no one else with our service needs.

December 2025 - Josh came out today to do our biannual service and, as usual, the entire process, from calling and scheduling (Patty was terrific and very helpful), to arriving on time, to the work Josh did on servicing our units, was first class and extremely well done. We have been with Gembecki for years and this is exactly why - they are professional, customer focused and deliver a first class service experience.

July, 2025 - we had Je'Mere come out today for our bi-annual Comfort Club service visit. I have always been a big fan of Gembecki, but Je'Mere was exceptional. He went above and beyond on his service call - he was thorough, professional and ensured both our units were serviced and working well. His commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience was amazing. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically can recommend Gembecki or Je'Mere for any of your mechanical needs - great people and a great company!

As an update, Josh was out to our home recently and did a terrific job replacing our Reme Halo. From our initial call to Cody, thru the service visit, Gembecki consistently delivers an exceptional service. We could not be more pleased with them.

We recently had a service issue over the weekend and Adam, the on call technician worked with us to resolve it, but we ended up needing a service call on Monday. Randy showed up, and was incredibly diligent and professional, finding and resolving the issue in a little over an hour. As always, we have found Gembecki to be a wonderful organization with terrific employees who go that extra mile to provide a terrific experience. We cannot recommend them more highly and will not do business with any other AC company.

Gembecki is our provider of choice for a number of reasons: the entire team consistently provides a tremendous customer experience. The technicians are professional, caring, and excellent communicators throughout the entire process. We have been with them for nearly 8 years and purchased two state if the art units from them. For service, maintenance, and sales, I can not recommend them high enough - they are an excellent company.

Service was scheduled immediately at time convenient for me. The service tech was courteous and knowledgeable. The problem was determined quickly and corrected. The price was very fair. I received helpful suggestions on ways I can better maintain my AC system myself.

Great service we recently called as 1 of the 2 units we purchased wasent cooling. Then within 2.5 to 3 hrs they had a technician out troubleshooting it got us back up. Found what this issue was and had the new part the next day, buying a quality unit with warranty is a no-brainer for Florida. Gembecki is hands down my gontonfir Air conditioning services.
