I tried calling a couple of times however not able to get through to someone. This company needs to hire better drives, they drive very recklessly. On July 15th this one driver almost caused a 3 car pile up (including my car) on 434 trying to cut in front of someone when he clearly didn't have enough room.

I’ve used Gembecki since they installed my unit in 2016. A neighbor recommended them:
They have been great. YeArly checks went well until this year.
Service made a mistake with a cooling valve and unit wasn’t cooling a few hours after he left.
BUT, I called Gembecki at 10 pm. Got a wonderful answering service person who connected my with after hours Guy, Josh. He came to house at midnight in pouring rain and diagnosed and fixed problem. Could not have been nicer.
Next day another technician and I believe a supervisor came back to recheck the unit, apologized for the error and were great people.
I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

I had an issue with the blower motor making noise. Gembecki was highly recommended on Nextdoor for AC and Nextdoor can be the toughest critics. They came the same day I called. Brandon troubleshot the issues with a half hour. Also, he explained along the way and answered any questions I had. He went the step further and realized my unit was under warranty and was able to get the part for no cost. He was respectful and professional which is a direct reflection of the company. I will definitely use them again for their services.
