We have been using MontgomeryElectrical for at least ten years.
I had a panel installed in our old house by a different electrician. The panel failed inspection. I had Charles fix the problems and it passed without any issues. The inspector was very impressed with the corrections Charles had done. I've used Montgomery electrical ever since and have always been pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. Office manager Chris is always willing to work with our schedules and is very professional and knowledgeable as well. I will never call anyone else for our electrical needs.

Fantastic service! Used Montgomery after the first company I tried ghosted me one night and then was 3 hours late the next day. He showed up on time for both visits that were needed, spent the time to properly diagnose the issues, then explained it and our options, and then came back to do an awesome job on the repairs. And all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We used Montgomery Electrical Services to fix electrical issues that came up on our inspection of a new house we purchased. They came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint! Charles came out to our house about 4 times and handled everything on our list systematically and professionally. He even found a rather big issue that was missed in the inspection and we fixed that as well. The office manager Chris was wonderful to work with and they both helped us, new home owners, get through this process painlessly. We definitely will use them again with any future issues.

We've used Montgomery Electric for years! They are very professional and honest. Recently we had some surge problems and found that our surge protector had blown up. We called Montgomery Electric and Chris (in the office) suggested some troubleshooting steps to take. We called her back to report the results and she immediately diagnosed the problem as being a Duke Energy "dropped neutral" issue. We contacted Duke Energy, they dispatched a truck and he confirmed the issue and repaired. Thank you Chris at Montgomery Electric for always being helpful.

I've known Charles Montgomery for 10 years and he has done electrical work for me on 3 different properties during that time. I've always found him to be very professional and reliable. He does excellent work and charges a fair price for his services. Best of all, Charles listens to my concerns and helps me find solutions that meet my needs and my budget. Frequently, what he suggests is so much better than what I had in mind.
His wife Chris manages the office, handles the scheduling and is such a joy to work with. She keeps me informed of any changes and even calls about every 6 months to see how Mom and I are doing and if we need anything.

In May 2020 we had Montgomery Electric Services replace our out-dated electric panel. Mrs. Montgomery was very pleasant to speak with and had Charlie scheduled to meet us the next day. Charlie and I reviewed the job, agreed on a price and by the next day the work was completed. Charlie was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. We highly recommend Montgomery Electric Services when you need an electrician who is honest and professional. You will be pleased!

We have been using Montgomery Electrical since 2010. Charles takes his time determining the best course of action, often times recommending something that costs less. Not once have I felt pressured into additional work, and we have never had a problem with any of his completed electrical work. And his prices are extremely reasonable. Charles' wife Chris handles the office - and she is a delight to work with. Great small local business.

Our experience with Montgomery Electrical Services was excellent and beyond reproach. He was right on time and the quality of the work was great. There were some difficult issues, where a bit of creativity was needed. Aside from the usual electrical work, Charles has a unique ability to work out the problem issues also. He has been to our home a few times and we will call him again and recommend him to our friends. Also, he left all his work areas nice and clean.

I have used Montgomery electric for various repairs over the past year on two occasions. In every aspect, both were excellent experiences. The office staff was pleasant and efficient in setting up the appointment. Chris Montgomery showed up in a timely and very courteous manner. He evaluated the issues in our 34 year old Dunedin home on both visits in a very efficient and effective way. He presented reasonable options, and repaired everything perfectly. The price was extremely fair. I was actually surprised as with labor and parts I was expecting a significantly higher cost.
I find it difficult to locate really highly skilled, responsible, nice and fairly priced contractors, who you don’t feel are taking advantage or attempting to up sell you. I can safely say from my experiences that the the Montgomery’s are very trustworthy folks. I feel lucky to have found Montgomery electric, and without hesitation highly recommend them for your household or commercial electrical needs.

We received wonderful service from Charles, he replaced an old ceiling fan in our bedroom and repaired the light in our laundry room. Chris in the office was in contact with us from start to finish. All round great experience and the cost for the 2 jobs was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Montgomery Electrical Services and we are happy that we have found an electrician we can trust.

My project consisted of minor repairs and updating of the service, along with 2 "not so easy to get to" lights in my kitchen. While we were at it, we updated with a new panel. Having Charles take on that project was was the best decision that I ever made! The man is everything you could ask of a contractor and more because he truly cares about his work and your home.

Chris and Charles are fabulous! Chris handles the scheduling and office, Charles does the electrical work. They are a brilliant pair! My list for Charles was 6 tasks, including one on a 1940 fixture. Chris asked for the list in email-- which made it easy for Charles to review and come back with his questions. The estimated time to do the work was 1 entire day. Charles completed all of it in less than 3 hours. Absolutely amazing! Charles is a brilliant electrician. Nothing surprises him. He is calm, cool and collected. Whatever the problem is, he can solve it. Chris and Charles are my go-to for any and all electrical work that needs to be done.

Montgomery Electric has done probably 6 different projects for me over the years. Very fair price and excellent service! They also send me a Christmas card every year thanking me for the business. Definitely worth supporting and you won’t regret using them!

Amazing service! I called yesterday afternoon to schedule service and was able to have a quick turn around, with service this morning. Mr. Montgomery was thorough and did an amazing job in removing existing fixtures and installing new fixtures.
