I had great experience working with East-West electric installing my new generator interlock kit. Chris was punctual and very professional. He also spent the time answering all my questions and gave me a demo of the procedure i need to follow when the power goes out. I would highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a Generac Generator from East-West Electric. Even though the generator has not been installed yet I thought a 5 star preview review was worth mentioning. We are scheduled for an install in just a few weeks. If the installation goes as smoothly as the purchase and all the components needed to put the generator project together I have no doubt that my new generator will be up and running without any problems or complications.This is an organized ,top notch electric company. Everyone from each department was organized,helpful,and always available for even the simplest question This includes the sales dept,electricians and a great customer service team.!. Aside from the generator purchase I will be using them for all my future electric needs.

East West Electric came to my rescue to save Christmas in our neighborhood. Chris and his colleague were assigned to evaluate our outside outlets so our Christmas lights and displays would been seen this year to continue the 34 years traditional greetings to our neighbors. Very quickly and professionally outlets and timers were replaced or set for dusk to dawn operation. In ground lighting was restored. Merry Christmas to all! So thankful they could squeeze me in given all of work still going on after Helene and Milton came through.

Outstanding work, great guys, will use them again for any future electrical needs. They installed a new circuit, outlet, and transfer switch for a generator. I will be recommending them to others and being that its a locally owned and operated small business makes it even better.

Very professional and finished in less time than he anticipated. He did a quality job that looks very good! I will definitely use East-West for any other electrical needs in the future.

I have had good contractors in the past but I have never had a company that REALLY impressed me like these guys. The customer service was just stellar. They had to make three trips to my house due to the nature of my repair and each time they gave me an arrival time and met their promise each time. But not only that, they informed me where the tech was each time so I could pinpoint their return. I didn't just sit around and wait, the office kept me up to date the whole time. The repairs where were spot on and the technician, Chris was clean and well dressed also friendly and polite. They definitely raised the bar for my next contractor! For three trips the price was very fair.

East-West recently completed a successful upgrade to the electrical panel in our home in Dunedin. The work was excellent, the price was competitive, all time-line promises were honored, and the work area was left spotless every step of the way. Those aspects alone merited a 5-star review. But East-West really hit it out of the ballpark with the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, exceptional communication, and positive attitudes of their employees. Starting with Phil, who wrote up our estimate and later calmly solved a small speed bump in our project. Then Maya, their office manager who impressed with her ease (and promptness) in communication and amazing kindness. And Jonathan, Frank, and John, who did the work cheerfully and with pride in both their process and outcomes. I could not recommend a business more enthusiastically nor with greater appreciation.

I needed an electrical repair person for a electrical water heater issue, but turns out, that was not the problem. Thankfully got professional advice from Andrew and Spencer about overhauling my 1960s-1970s electric panel that needs care soon. Everyone on the phone and in person were so helpful and professional at Luminous. Also, they were able to fit me pretty quickly in the day! Thank you!

Overall I was happy with the service. The appointment was handled well and I did receive the call ahead and they arrived in the time scheduled. I thought the price was a little high for putting in a mounting box in the ceiling for a light (the wiring was already there and used to be a florescent tube light fixture). I also thought the box was small but it worked. I put in the new light fixture myself and everything was fine. Overall satisfied but I thought the price was a bit high.

My electrician Jacob was great. He’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me into doing something but provided various options that made sense to me. Will definitely use their company’s service again and hopefully , still with Jacob.

I would like to commend Ben and his assistant for their professional job. They were courteous and very professional. They provided me with full details of what had to be done based on my needs. When finished they cleaned up and walked me through the updates they did to my electrical system. With dedicated professionals like these two gentlemen I will definitely recommend your business to my friends. Thank you.

Cody did a great job and took the time to listen to my needs on our house. He walked through the options and made recommendations of what to install. Cody was professional and thorough on his work.

I had a great experience with Luminous Electric. I called for an estimate and they had someone come out the next day. Nick walked me through what needed to be done, and installed an outside outlet for me immediately once I agreed to the price. He worked quickly and carefully. Everything looks and works great! I will definitely be using them again for future electrical needs.

Cory did a great job fixing my fan! He was very professional, personable, and respectful. He repaired it in just a fee minutes and even spent time looking at other things around my house for me and giving me advice. He also checked my breaker box and educated me throughout! I would definitely use his services again and next time specifically ask for him!

From the first phone call to set up an appointment, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendly courtesy i received.
