We had just purchased a boat and the lift wouldn’t work. We needed an electrician ASAP. After several calls trying to determine the issue I contacted Luminous and they were able to send out Steven. He was so knowledgeable and hard working. He continued even in the rain!! He had to take apart part of the dock to fix it. We so appreciate his thoroughness! He recommended some fixes that he’ll have to come back for but we feel very comfortable that it will be done correctly and warranted!

On time, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and fair pricing. We had used them once prior to this, and we were happy. We’ve also suggested them to friends. I also like that they clean up after. Our bathroom fan works great now.

What can I tell you about Luminous Electric? Well out of all the places that I contacted they were the only one willing to come out the next day an estimate the work that was needed to be done. Kyle, Allen and the other gentleman that came were great all knew what they had to do to complete the job in a timely manner. I was very happy with the responsiveness level of professionalism and urgency that the job was given, as I have a family member who is eighty years old that lives with me who can't be in the heat for long. They are the best, Mister Sparky never showed up or called to cancel so their you have it.

After my home flooded during a hurricane, I was really worried about the integrity of my electrical system after multiple homes in my neighborhood burned down as a result of water getting into the electrical system. I called Luminous Electric after other recommended companies couldn’t get to me for “weeks”. They came out just a day or two later and had repair quotes before they left my home. They did a low medium and high option for different scopes of work and once I accepted the quote I felt comfortable with, they had the job completed the next day. I really appreciate their quick response as we try and rebuild our home from the water damage caused by Hurricane Idalia, they really helped us worry less about things that needed to be taken care of.

Very responsive company and associates! Great experience with both Justin and Steve! Justin called me to talk about the job and get it scheduled. He was so friendly. Steve the technician was so kind and honest about the job. I didn’t realize how complicated doorbell wiring can be. He walked me through scenarios so I could make the right decision. Wonderful company that I will definitely use again!

Great service! Very easy to schedule. Technician Mike showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He gives us information on how to replace recess lights ourselves and installed a ceiling fan very quickly. I would 100% use this company again and specifically ask for Mike. He was great. I felt like such a VIP. My calls and emails were handled with lightning promptness, every single employee was kind and patient, and I was fortunate enough to get next-day service to deal with my emergency. Billy was head of my crew, and he patiently answered my followup questions. Grateful.

Andrew came to hang a 47 inch chandelier ( and dimmer switch) in our 10ft ceiling dining room. He was fantastic! Hung it in no time… and was patient and made sure it was level. He even wiped his fingerprints off the gold ceiling box! Super nice guy too. He is top notch!

I called to have some issues in the house looked at. A few lights and outlets were not working. I’m not an electrician but my guess was a bad breaker…. Anyways it was 75 dollars to come out so I agreed..bc I wanted this fixed asap. Once they got here and looked at the breaker box they said nothing seems to be wrong from first glance. They never opened it up and tested voltage they just looked to see if everything was in the on position. They said it would be 530 dollars to diagnosis the problem. Meaning it would be $530 to unscrew 6 screws, remove the breaker panel and use a voltage reader to see if each breaker was reading 120. This takes all of 2 minutes for someone to do. I told them to leave, I’ll find someone else. 530 to lift a finger? Whoever creates the pricing at this company has no conscience.. btw it was the breaker. I bought one at Lowe’s for $16. God only knows how much they would have charged for that… I wouldn’t recommend luminous electric to my worst enemies. Tech was nice.. probably just following orders… customer service Kara? was nice too. So unfortunate that a company with some good employees is trying to price gouge people in need. Use someone else.

They were great! Jonathan came out and told me what he needed to do and the price was fair. We picked a time and he was there early. The work was done quickly and looked better than i pictured it.

Best service I've ever received! Ethan and Jacob handled all my questions and requests (which I had a lot of) with professionalism and care. I completely replaced the breaker panel and every light/outlet in my house among other issues, and they were in and out within days with 100% satisfaction. Not only this, but I had an emergency (leak into my drywall) issue that HAD to be taken care of during their work days as well as painters, but they worked around and together with everyone in a harmonious and efficient manner. The communication and professionalism was top notch. I really can't rate them high enough. I picked Luminous Electric based off high reviews and was not disappointed. Thank You!

Had them come out for a new panel, generator hookup, new outlets, and wires ran for lights. I payed way too much for the quality of work done. Outlets weren’t mounted flush to the wall which made tiling extra difficult, panel was labeled incorrectly ( if you could even read it), wasn’t shown how to use the generator hookup, parts used in some of the outlets were rigged together instead of using the proper materials.

I wouldn’t use them again.

Mike and his partner did a super amazing job on the projects needed around the house. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, very thorough and very polite as well. Received a really good estimate, and all of the installations/uninstalltions done in the same day which was both convenient and impressive. Highly recommend him for fantastic results and will contact LE for all future electrical work needed. Thank you again!

My electricians, Demetrius and Nate, were quick and fixed my problem smoothly! I only had to wait a few days for my appointment, too :-) electric work is expensive, but also dangerous - so unless you know what you’re doing, I recommend these guys! Thanks for your help, and happy Veterans Day!

they helped me out greatly! i had an issue with a/c going out with every thunderstorm, turns out it was an electrical issue and it got fixed finally! i do not have to worry about a/c when it rains.

I want to shout out Nick and Steven for their help with my electrical issues. I was worried, because they were the 3rd company I had called. The other 2 didn't show up, but when they showed up on time. I knew I was in good hands .Nick was quick and very thorough when he was" troubleshooting" the issue. And his explanation was easy to understand and the price to correct the issue was reasonable. I would call them again

Andrew is so wonderful. He is incredibly knowledgable and took time to ensure everything was done correctly the first time. He even talked to my inspector in an effort to get everything done to pass. He went the extra mile in so many ways and I will definitely be using him again.

Luminous electric had previously installed the electric for my new jacuzzi approx 5 months ago. There was an issue with the breaker being bad. They sent Ronnie, who is very knowledgeable and professional to come look at it. They stood by their work by replacing the bad breaker no charge. I would recommend this company for your electric needs. I’ll also request Ronnie. Great job Ronnie!
