Yesterday, Nick and Stephen came out to help us with some issues, and they were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and courteous - they were so helpful. We have relied on Luminous Electric exclusively for years, and their electricians have always been very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Luminous - and Luminous should be very proud of Nick and Stephen.

Andrew and Riley came out to install electric to a new EV charger in Garage. They were on time as scheduled, very courteous, and completed a professional installation. 2 weeks later Andrew and Jacob came out again to install electric to a new hot tub, and surge protection, with same excellent level of professionalism. I would highly recommend Luminous Electric, and their talented electricians.

In a cinch my CEO came to me about light fixture repairs and was really on my butt about getting them done ASAP! They came so fast for the estimates, bared with me through my piss poor knowledge of breaker boxes and their locations in our buildings, and gave us an amazing end result! S/O you guys, really saved my butt there haha

I have used Luminous a few times in the past. And that is the reason I chose them again. Ethan is AWESOME !!! He came out at the time frame he said he would be there by and gave us a fair and honest estimate. I had them return to do the work and, as always , did a phenomenal job with my electrical needs. If you need top notch work done in a safe and timely manner, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Overall not the best. Where do I start. When I first hired them to work on my project I had a guy come and he said it was going to take 3 days and ended up taking 4 weeks just for the rough in. I had quite a few things to do on the project and when we were initially talking about everything he never wrote anything down. He also damaged items in my garage when he was cutting concrete in my living room with water from cutting the concrete. Long story short he got fired and then when the next person came to finish the job he had no idea how things were wired and where things were. He ended having to cut holes in my brand new ceiling just to find the power cables from the previous guy who got fired. Not very happy with the whole experience. The finish of things were mediocre at best. Some of the outlets in the wall they installed was not flush and loose connection. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Ethan was a great! Friendly, on time, picked up and cleaned any debris created by putting up our ceiling fans. Definitely use again for electrical work!

Be very careful before agreeing to their “free” inspection.
My wife called to schedule a free inspection for our landscape lighting. When the tech arrived, he immediately said it would cost $300 just to check the system. She agreed, thinking we’d at least get a diagnosis. Then he said it would cost more to check another area. By the end, we were quoted $15,000 to redo our entire landscaping — and still weren’t told what was actually wrong with the system.

We didn’t call for a full replacement — we just wanted to know what was wrong. The visit felt like a bait and switch. When I called to express concern, I was told maybe we didn’t understand because the technician “didn’t speak English well.” That’s their excuse?

They said a manager would call us back — no one did.

A complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing

The technicians and office staff were all very kind, professional, knowledgeable and had great communication. We will absolutely use them again in the future, and highly recommend them.

This place came and installed my Tesla wall charger. It was clean and fast!! Ricardo was amazing very knowledgeable and thorough! Best experience I could’ve asked for!

Service Technician, Joel Lee replaced a junction box for our wall sconces lighting fixture. He performed the necessary job in a proficient manner. He was pleasant and engaging.

Yes, they were here early and on time however, the electrician that I was sent had no idea on what he was doing. I was charged $5000 for a service. I did not even need because I had to have a secondary electrician come out he constantly had to keep calling people. I am so upset right now because if he would've Because if he would've known what he was doing, there was only one thing that actually needed to be replaced. I do not recommend them.

I have used Luminous on three separate occasions, and while all the jobs have been completed to a high standard, Jacob from Luminous Electric stood out among his peers. He did an excellent job installing Ring cameras and additional outlets in my new home. He must be one of the company's top performers. I highly recommend requesting him by name for your electrical needs.

My wife and I love throwing parties and decorating for Halloween. When our collection exceeded what our house could support we called Luminous. We were so lucky to get Andrew to be our lead electrician. He listened to what we needed and had great suggestions which not only fixed our immediate problems, but also allows us expand.
When our disconnect date came, Andrew and Jacob arrived before FPL and made quick work of our 200 Amp service upgrade. They replaced the main breaker box (which was an old 100 amp panel) and added an additional panel outside with extra circuts. We also asked them to run a line to our backyard for our parties. Halfway through installation it started to rain but they pushed through and the end result was beautiful. It is comforting to know that the electrical in our older house is powerful and up to code; plus it adds to the property value.
Would definitely work with Andrew again in the future. He and Jacob were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. 100% Recommend!

Recardo is the best! I had an issue with a broken outlet this morning and Luminous Electric was able to come out within two hours. Recardo fixed everything in about 15 minutes. This is the second time he’s serviced my home, and I really appreciate that they sent the same tech. He’s always so kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful. His work is great and I’d 100% recommend their team to anyone!

Price gouging at its finest. They know you have to take time off from work for a technician to come to the house . I have used this company for years and while the job is finished, I cannot overlook how badly I was ripped off. I had two Lights And two outlets that were not working. Each light Bulb replacement is $221, it was nearly half that price several years ago. That doesn’t even include the price of the bulb, which I purchased and supplied myself.. On top of that, to diagnose the Outlet problem they charge $550.. That doesn’t even include actually repairing the outlet! Then I was told I needed to pay another $285 for the outlet. I was so shocked I couldn’t believe it. I paid $1100 in diagnosis fees before the actual issue was even addressed . The company walked out with nearly $1800 of my money. And even when I supply the next light fixture for the job which is still not finished, I will have to pay another labor cost of $167. As we all know, some of us have jobs, and commit commitments that make it difficult to take time off from work and have a technician come to the house. They always say they show me the estimate beforehand, but telling me you’re ripping me off and then ripping me off does not make it OK.
