Never have anything you need, didn’t even understand proper electrical terminology

Dude kicks me out of the store and makes me stand outside because I don't feel the need to hide behind a useless mask from a 99.7% survival rate... Meanwhile half the employees including the one that kicked me out are walking around without masks on. Congratulations you're stupid in every way possible.

Not helpful, very dismissive, didn’t even check their system for the extremely common item I asked for. Will not be doing business at that location anymore

They say they close at five. I got here at 4:40 PM and they were already close.
I looked the schedule on Google
And I drove 30 minutes to get here
I wish they could’ve respect her schedule

The whole staff is tremendous and helpful I have done business with them for 20 years and it is so great to know that you have knowledgeable first of all people ready to assist you

Very unprofessional sales rep. After spending nearly a million dollars in materials this year alone, I will no longer do business with this company. The rep is dismissive. Orders incorrectly, refuses return after stringing me along for weeks. Very concerning how a rep would be allowed to lose a customer for a business he does not own. Definitely a little shady.

Very rude as a business owner who brings allot of business to city electrics i will never bring another cent to this branch goto Palm harbor city they know how to treat people...... specifically the red headed gentleman is extremely rude and aggressive too customers.

We had to call multiple times to have repairs done to the outside lights of our business. A job that should have taken a couple weeks with ordering parts and actual repair, took a couple months. They seem to be understaffed and unorganized. After multiple calls, texts and "contact us" submissions on their website, the job was finally completed. Perhaps they are better with residential jobs rather than commercial jobs.

I had what I thought was a bad breaker. The electrician listened to me to find out what was going on, then diagnosed the real issue. Two separate circuits had been wired together causing the breaker problem.

He could have fixed the wire problem, replaced breakers, given me a big bill and I would have never known. But he didn't!
