We looked at at least five other solar companies before selecting Affordable Solar and roofing. We worked with John as our sales person who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. We’ve had our solar system for two months and it is working beautifully. Any questions or concerns I’ve had through the process John answered them promptly and quickly Adding to our Comfort. We’ve had our solar system for two months, and our bill has went down from $380 a month due to a pool in an electric car and we had a first bill of a credit of $57. John analyzed our first Florida power and light bill and estimates that our ongoing bills should be around $27 a month. The customer service alone was superior. The product is outstanding.

This company did a great job, helped me all the way thru the process. Very knowledgeable and help team. Best price I could find, and I looked at about 6 suppliers in the area. Highly recommend. Today is first day system is in production, so I will update review with results in a few months.

This was by far the most high-pressure sales experience I’ve ever had. I invited them into my home to provide a quote, but they flat-out refused to give me anything in writing, dodging at every turn with excuses. Their reps literally would not leave until I explicitly told them they had to.

The most concerning part is how they handled reviews. They only showed me glowing Trustpilot reviews from people who had already purchased from them—while refusing to acknowledge or disclose any negative reviews. By selectively presenting only the positive feedback, they created a false picture of customer satisfaction. This isn’t just misleading—it’s deceptive, because it intentionally hides the experiences of unhappy customers in order to close a sale.

They prey on homeowners who don’t, or won’t, speak up and demand they leave, which makes their conduct even more predatory. This is seriously inappropriate, and I am reporting it to the Florida Attorney General. Their refusal to provide a written quote and deliberate concealment of negative reviews may violate Florida’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) truth-in-advertising rules, both of which prohibit businesses from making representations that are false or misleading by omission.

Consumers deserve honesty and transparency—not pressure tactics, evasions, and curated positivity meant to deceive.

I was referred to, and had an awesome experience with Affordable Solar Roof and Air. Andre came out and explained everything about the system and how the payment structure would be set up and also answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of also getting a battery storage system. Michael, the gentleman who came out and powered up the system and got me going on the Enphase app, was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to answer all my questions. All together, from the time we signed up for solar to the time we were powered up only took about five weeks, about a quarter of the time I expected it to take! Thank you Affordable Solar!

I barely even had to check in on Affordable during installation, they always reached out to me if they needed to schedule something or give me an update. I’ve had the system going for the end of the summer and it’s done its job keeping up with my usage. I told a couple neighbors already how great it’s been!

There have been quite a few solar companies that come around and a good portion of our neighbors have been installing panels. Lots of them rave about how much money they’ve been able to save and overall are very happy they made the switch. I talked to at least 5 neighbors in our community that worked with Affordable Solar Roof & Air, some as far back as 3 years ago. Their systems have been maintained with no issues and the production is what they expected. Happy to report the same for me and would gladly recommend this company.

Impossible to get a service appointment, 2 times I had inverters that had to be replaced and after receiving the inverters trying to get them to come out takes weeks just to speak to anyone, then they show up with no equipment to reach a 2 story house waited weeks later for a new appointment. Here I am months after that ordeal to have another inverted go out and needs replacing. So far I’m on first week and requested 2 times already for an appointment and can’t get ahold of anyone. Their selling strategy is on par but services after is ghosting customers, once a year cleaning of system hahaha yeah right unless you beg them for months and submit multiple service request.

Just had a new roof, solar panels, and blown insulation completed by affordable solar roof and air. They did an amazing job and were very professional. Angel Fleites was a pleasure to work with and walked us through the entire process and handled all of the permitting along with providing us updates every step of the way regarding our project. I will definitely recommend anybody that is looking into solar to go with affordable solar roof and Air as they handled everything A to Z and were also the best priced.

I have an Air bnb attached to the house so I figured installing solar panels would help significantly with the energy use and increase our profits. I was hoping to get them installed quickly so I could get the most benefits during the spring tourism and save energy for summer. The project took about 5 and a half weeks which was excellent. My sister had already installed with Affordable last year and referred me, I’m happy to recommend.

Perfect experience with the installation, the guys were so very nice and professional. I’ve had Solar in Arizona and Texas, this was the smoothest experience out of the three. We have experience with solar for many years as we have a large system on our home in Massachusetts and know the value this great product. Having experience purchasing and owning solar we found Angel and Affordable to be an honest and trustworthy solar vendor to contract with. I read the reviews and I went ahead with Affordable Solar, they didn't disappoint. After getting a couple other quotes they were the most professional, quick to respond, and they were very fast to install. The price was the most competitive with excellent service and top quality panels.

I purchased a 14 panel FranklinWH Battery backup system through ASRA and the experience was great from sales to exit brief. ASRA was one of 4 competing comparable quotes and they had the cleanest proposal (most sensible with the highest quality components) at the lowest price, by a long shot. Super clean install, each step of the process was efficient and I would certainly recommend them to a friend. Believe it or not, from my decision to purchase, to energy production off the panels, was 60 days. This is my second solar installation purchase (different homes) and this is fast. That’s financing approval, design, planning, permitting, HOA, installation, electric company reviews, approvals, meter changes, PTO, all done, in 60 days. That was my experience.

The roof was done in a timely manner and it looks great.
