Prompt, efficient, did a good job. But seem quite overpriced to me. They installed three outdoor lights that I supplied, and did so correctly. I’m pleased with the service, but feel the charge was high for a relatively simple, but small, job.

I thought I wrote a review last Nov 2017 (I'm sorry to be sooo late). They installed a garage door opener for my husbands work shop (like a one car garage) in our backyard. They were on time, efficient, and went the extra mile to be neat & clean when they left. They did a great job, was a great price, and, best of all, the door is still working perfectly today. I am going to use them again for a project soon. I love family owned businesses.

I'd give six stars if I could! Super fast service, affordable cost and efficient team at Maury Creech. I am a new homeowner navigating some wiring surprises and headaches with the previous owner's stove that ended up being a direct connection hookup and had singed wires. They came and eased all of my fears in a single morning—removing the bad wiring and installing a much safer outlet for my new stove. These guys know their stuff, are friendly and went out of their way to grab the right grounding for me from the store that I needed. Top notch service, and will be my go-to if I ever have any new surprises in the future. Thanks again guys!

I am a retired commercial general contractor and a licensed Florida GC who recently built my personal home. I contracted with Maury Creech to do all of the electrical work for my new house based on complete engineered drawings. When I interviewed them, I explained the importance of working every day once they started until their work was completed. Their rough-in work started slow with two men on the job who worked from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm each day. When it was time to start trim out, I had a difficult time getting them back and had to place them on contractual notice to do so. Larry Creech told me that he had taken on more work than he had manpower to accomplish and other contractors were pushing him too. However, he never manned the project for more than 6 hours in a day and never worked on Saturday to try and catch up.

In the end, he did not complete some of the work items and I found other items that he did incorrectly. For example, the drawings required a 100 amp panel for the pool equipment using a #3 wire in a 2” conduit. Instead he ran a 30 amp circuit using a #10 wire to a junction box with no conduit. I had to use another electrical contractor to correct that deficiency. He also omitted numerous 3 way switches shown on the drawings.

Of all the subcontractors who worked on my house, Maury Electric is the only one that I would not be happy to work with again. I believe they would likely be fine for small electrical jobs, but are not resourced sufficiently to do complete home constructions. They also do not have the work ethic to go the extra mile to fulfill their obligations when they get over stretched.

I called Maury Creech Electric when I needed a few projects done in my new home and had a great experience. They replaced my AC disconnect, installed recessed lighting, replaced 2 ceiling fans, replaced my standard switches with decora and added dimmers. They were quick and efficient. I was very happy with the end result and their reasonable prices. The team was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Their customer service and timeliness was exceptional. I have referred many friends, colleagues and family who have also been satisfied with MCE’s great service. Definitely recommend this family business for your electrical needs!

I had a pressing electrical repair that needed addressed quickly after a different company did not show up after waiting for 2 weeks to be scheduled.

I spoke to Larry Creech with Maury Creech Electric Inc. and he was able to send a crew to my house the same day to complete the repair.

His team was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and finished the work in a very timely manner. Pricing was affordable and communication was exceptional. A+++ service. I highly recommend this company for all of your electrical needs.

The technicians Eric and Michael were not only professional, they were polite and extremely personable. The issue I had was simple but the manner in which they explained how common it was and why was fantastic. My wife and I will be using Maury Creech moving forward with some projects coming up and we will recommend Maury Creech to others. Whitney, who handles the phone and schedules the appointments, was also simply amazing and kind. Thank you!

Alex was awesome. Such a hard worker and really took care of us. This company really is affordable, but get prime quality in addition to it. Customer support is always there to help you.. and the guys who put the solar up were extremely respectful, thoughtful, and kind.

Peter Haack was wonderful to work with. We settled on 16 panels which was enough to cover my usage all year. I'm happy I still get a paper bill from the power company each month because I'm used to that rather than bothering with apps.

My wife and I saw people up and down the block putting solar panels on their roofs the past year or two. We talked with a few of them and grew open to the idea of adding someone of our own if they were really saving money. The majority worked with Affordable Solar Roof & Air; some bought while a few de ides just to lease. We went with the leasing option and have been super happy. Our panels got put up quickly and permitting passed right around two months. I don’t see myself checking the app frequently but it’s good to have so I can make sure all the panels are working!

Walk Away, Do Not Hire - Affordable Solar Roof and Air Co. (ASRA)
ASRA is the most disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional company I’ve ever engaged in business with. One of my panels has not worked since the day of installation. I have contacted ASRA repeatedly to get it repaired or replaced, but I've been met with nothing but false promises. They were responsive and professional right up until the day they installed the panels, and now they've completely disregarded me as a customer. I feel used and taken advantage of.
I have an open ticket on their website, but there's been no confirmation that they're actually working on my issue. It's been weeks of trying to get in touch with someone, anyone, to no avail. It seems they are only interested in getting your money, and once they have it, you're on your own. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. This entire experience feels like a complete scam. I’ve taken multiple days off of work for this issue; the first day was a no-show with no communication; I took off another day just for a tech to replace a plastic connector a then told me I had to wait a day to see if it worked (you can see generation almost immediately if it’s connected…pulling my chain); the last day I took off was supposed to be for the technician to repair the panel and have the system 100% before my first payment (another broken promise) the same tech only took a measurement and said they have to order a new panel or converter. He said it was a known issue, so why not have replacements in stock?
I haven‘t heard from ASRA since. I tried to call multiple times and received complete radio silence. I believe they’re ducking me/ignoring my calls for help.

The system was turned n right around the two month mark just like they promised. I appreciate that they let me have a say when deciding the layout of the panels, I decided it would be best to keep all the panels on the back side of the house for curb appeal purposes. We didn’t lose nearly any output from the panels but I’m much happier with the look! Dan was a great salesman and checked I with me at least once a week to let me know what stage of the project I was on.
