Hired Ken’s Gutters, for the first time, this week, and I’m very pleased with the professionalism of this company - from the first phone call (where I was given an exact estimate, without anyone having to come to the house - to the work their technician did. It was fast, and thorough, and I really appreciated the “before-and-after” photos, because - let’s face it - it’s not easy to see what our gutters are holding, so it’s easy to wonder if they were even dirty, to begin with. Once I saw the pics, I was doubly impressed with this company, and felt it was money well-spent. I would recommend Ken’s Gutters to anyone who needs gutter cleaning.

My appointment was easy to set and they were out quickly. The service technician was very polite and efficient. He got to work quickly and sent me before/after photos so that I know that the job was done. I will definitely be calling Ken's Gutters again and highly recommend them.

Ken's gutters did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters. It was a big job since we hadn't cleaned our gutters in quite a while. Their tech got it all done though. We have pine trees and it can get out of hand. The tech got all the pine needles off the roof and bagged everything up. He placed the bags at the road and they were picked up. I think we got our money's worth. We will be sure to not let it get that bad again. So glad we found a company that does what they say they will. I highly recommend!

Forgot the name of the technician, but he was a trooper. We had so much debris in our gutters that they were becoming roof planters. The tech was up on the roof and had the gutters clean in no time. Fast and professional service at a great price.

I’m glad I hired Ken’s Gutter cleaning service. I was surprised about the amount of leaves I had on my new roof. I will have them come out again in the spring to clean off my roof. They were professional and did a great job.

He explained the entire process and provided multiple before & after pics, via text & email, upon completion.

I’ve been using Kens for a few years now. They always do a great job, take pictures and dispose of the leaf bags. Very reasonably priced.

I had a great experience with Ken’s Gutters. They were able to get me on the schedule within a week of calling. I had them go to my grandmas home which has been neglected for years and sits under a few oak trees. They did a wonderful job cleaning off the roof and the gutters that were completely full with dirt, leaves and even some weeds growing. They raked up bags and bags of leaves and left them out at the road. They called me right away to let me know of an issue they found with the roof. Provided before and after photos as well. They had a standard set fee and they went above and beyond even though the house was probably more than they bargained for. I greatly appreciate the work they did and will be using them in the future before the house gets bad again.

I called Ken's Gutters to inquire about a standard gutter cleaning. To my surprise, they were able to get me in that afternoon! The service was affordable especially for the amount of work we needed, the service technician was friendly, quick, informative, and left nothing behind. They take photos before and after so you have assurance and can also learn, too! We plan to use Ken's Gutters moving forward as part of our home maintenance plan. Our gutters were really bad and likely had never been cleaned - plants were growing with roots. We are so appreciative!

Extremely professional, detailed, and diligent team. They are consistent and 100% focused on a successful project. This from the administration to the mobilized onsite team doing the physical labor. The Summit Avent Ferry is a 222 unit - 12 building apartment community in Raleigh NC. They had the project knocked out in one day. The roofs and gutters look amazing. The cleanup even better.

I was super impressed with Kens Gutters. They cleaned our 150 unit apartment community (24 buildings) in 2 days. They worked within my budget. They quickly sent me the paperwork I needed- W9, Insurance, etc. They came right when they said they would and the office followed up with excellent communication through out the whole process. The workers were professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. They sent me pictures before and after they cleaned inside the gutters (the same day they finished!)... which was wonderful! I walked the property with them and the roofs and grounds were left clean. I told them it was so refreshing to work with a vendor who did a great job from start to finish!

This is the second time we have used Ken’s Gutter Cleaning on our home and we are totally satisfied. They are very quick to respond to setting up an appointment. Very professional, great pricing, and scheduled me right away. My pest control company wanted me to clean my gutters in conjunction with their treatment for an ant problem I’m having, which I didn’t know that clogged or dirty gutters could contribute to ant or other pest issues. They were quick to respond when I had questions. Definitely trust and recommend this company.

My gutters were in desperate need of cleaning, so I went to Google and started researching. Ken’s Gutters seemed very well regarded, so I filled out the form for an online quote and they responded with a call very quickly. The very nice gentleman quoted pretty much exactly what I had expected and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Bradford was the tech sent to clean out my DEBRIS FILLED gutters, and to say he was great is an understatement. He immediately noticed a downspout bend that had become detached and repaired it with a new screw. He improved the angle of the downspout that was washing out a flower bed and now drains properly to the driveway.
After using our hose (which I had left strewn in the grass), he rolled it neatly and put it where it actually went.
I was thrilled to receive comprehensive before and after photos of the actual gutter cleaning. With our hurricane season typically peaking in Sept/Oct, I am grateful to have them clear. I will be calling Ken’s again for annual cleanings and recommend them to my neighbors.

The technician was great and found a ton of dust and buildup that had just been sitting inside the ductwork while the house was closed up. He told me it actually happens a lot when houses sit empty for a while and suggested getting a full air duct cleaning every time I return. It honestly never occurred to me, but after the vent cleaning, my allergies cleared up almost immediately. I’m definitely making them my first call from now on.
