Rug Pro did my carpets and tile and made them look brand new! Plus their customer service is amazing! I decided to have them come back out to clean my air ducts recently and it was another great experience. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Oh my gosh! Rug pro is one of the most amazing family companies I’ve ever worked with, I had found them through a friend right in time. I was just about to get rid of my old and musty rug then I gave them a call to see if they could fix it up and they did more then that! This rug looks the exact way it did when I bought it and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys so much!

I have to say I was surprised they did a much better job than I expected. I mean spots I was told would never come by others. He said we got you and got them out excellent work great attitude and customer service. I recommend them to everyone. I will use no one else again.

I called this rug cleaning company the other day fully expecting them to take one look at my ancient rug (i.e. my father-in-laws rug) and laugh. Was it worth cleaning? No - but that's another story.... This rug is prehistoric. I’m pretty sure it had emotional damage. Bryce showed up, smiled politely, and got to work like some kind of fabric-reviving wizard. But the real miracle? He survived my in-laws condo building.
Within seconds of starting, the people below me were in full DEFCON 1, acting like Bryce had hooked his cleaning hoses directly to their bathtub. He also had to leave to get water because we couldn't find any supply. But Bryan? Cool as ever. Kind. Professional. Somehow didn’t run screaming.
10/10 would call Bryce again.

We worked with Rug Pro on a bundle program after hurricane restoration. They did duct cleaning, power washing, windows inside and outside and carpet. They also cleaned a delicate chandelier! Very pleased with the results.

Michael was the best carpet cleaner we could have gotten out here. Most experienced, & hardworking. If I were to receive this service again, I'd ask for him. Don't waste your time with any other company. This is the one to go too. I don't usually post reviews but this indeed deserves it!

Great experience. The owner Mike was super helpful on the phone, has a lot of conviction in his company, and even cooler his son Bryce came out and did the work. I thought he was in his 20s given how convicted he was in what he does and his knowledge base, but I learned he was still in high school. These guys know what they’re doing and my bed is in great condition now.

Mike and his son are amazing as usual! An acid clean on the carpet was done as well as a good baseboard cleaning, every inch of dust was removed! Spectacular job. Will be doing business with them again soon.
