I recently had a plugged drain during some of our most severe rains. Water started appearing on our patio deck even though we survived Helene without getting damp. We had trouble finding a service that clean gutters; most did not return our calls. We left on a month long vacation with the issue unresolved. I found Ken's on the internet and asked them for their help while we were away. They return our call quickly and scheduled an early appointment. We had to arrange access to our house since we were away. They arranged to come in less than a week and then called to say they could come a day earlier. Their job that day went overtime and they called to say they needed to go back to the original date.

They came and fixed the problem. I found their attitude very professional and prompt. I very much appreciated their efforts to keep us informed. It was welcome change from what we have to come to expect form other service providers in our community. I recommend them very highly. Their charged for a basic service call was $170. I will use them again for any gutter problems.

Easy to schedule. Honest and professional. They even show before and after pictures to show you areas that you can not see. They even went as far as to call me to notify me of roof damage that they discovered to ceramic tiles that were hit by golf balls. (That's what ya get for living on a golf course!) And we would have never known about that. They even sent pictures of the damaged areas. They went above and beyond. This is the second time we use them. We will use them again. I highly recommend this business.

Ken’s Gutters cleaned our gutters which were full of leaves and spilling over when it rained, we also had a leak they were able to repair at a reasonable cost as well. I called and they were able to get here the next day while others were 2 weeks out so I was very pleased!

We had Ken's Gutters come and dona cleaning a couple of weeks ago. The experience was great. Our gutters, which were previously overloaded with leaves and debris are now working again! It's pouring rain outside right now and we don't have any overflow, everything is working great. The best part of how easy scheduling is and the price was more reasonable than expected. We will definitely have Ken's come out every year!

Update to Ken's response: I spoke to office the day they hit my car, only to report it and inform them it was hit and run, express my confusion,the senior tech stated the employee was off the clock so no liability. I was never abusive. However, I will now add not honest in post to the list of dislikes. I emailed and called because the employee would not cooperate with his own insurance company. Ken himself stated employees went against policy parking like they did. I received no communication from Kens
Gutter except an email two weeks later upset with my review. I was advised in the email to obtain legal representation because I wrote reviews 😲. Ask your employee if you have questions. You never assisted me with anything!
And the ONE email that you responded to you asked me what I wanted. And I responded, "respect"! BTW, I witnessed him hitting my car and taking off and he was found 100% liable even though you and the employee wouldn't respond to anyone. So if I was extorting anything it was respect which I never received.

Update: $1000 in damages. Not even an apology or call. Police had to sort out. 100 percent fault by their employee!!!

Update: I have not heard from Ken's Gutter Service and the employee the backed into my car and damaged it refuses to respond to their insurance company. Buyer Beware: Came out to clean the gutters. Two employees in two different vehicles, one parked in my driveway the other blocked my other parking space on my property in front of my house. Since I wasn't home this forced me to park on the street. Never cleaned out my gutters but one of the employees backed into my car creating damage and bolted. I had to call the police. And Ken's representative came up to me and said it's a trainee he's not on the clock it's between you and him, I'm leaving. I would suggest a more reputable company. BTW I was told their policy is never to park in a customer's driveway and if they did not my car would have been in my driveway and not been hit by their employee. They do not back up issues that happened with them and their employees. They told me pretty much I'm on my own.

I have worked with Jackie to schedule my properties gutter cleaning twice now and she is always so sweet and helpful! Thank you Jackie for all that you have done to help keep ATH a beautiful place for people to call home! :)

Great experience. My account representative quickly scheduled the service, and the field worker arrived right on time. He was very friendly and finished the job quickly, sending me before-and-after photos of the gutters once finished. They are definitely my go-to Gutter Cleaning service.

Our gutter cleaning technician was very thorough and did an amazing job. We are very pleased with our service on cleaning the gutters and our drain spouts too.

OK, I have to rave about the service. I called and spoke with a nice gentleman and within one and a half hours. I had my gutters cleaned for an unbelievably low price. The gentleman that came out was efficient and took care of a few other things at my request without additional charges I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing their gutters cleaned

We asked for to speak to the gutter cleaner before and after his work and he did. He showed me an issue that he took care of. He cleaned out the downspouts. He was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Murdo, the tech, did an excellent job cleaning out my gutters, which were quite full. He spent a lot of time making sure the gutters were spotless. They are the best they have been since they were new. Thanks

This is very sad that I have to do this review. They were very nice in the beginning. They sent out a guy to clean out the gutters charge me over $300. I live with my grandmother. She’s on a fix income long story short they couldn’t fix a leak and they were going to credit me back $120 to this day. We have not received it. They said that they guarantee their work and I guess it’s not true. Also, the guy claims that he gave me a discount on cleaning the gutters, but it was the regular fee, companies should not do this if they can’t keep their promise then they shouldn’t say anything. Shameful

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Ken’s Gutters! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. The entire staff was prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was that he provided clear before-and-after photos of the work, so I could see the results for myself before payment was even requested—which, by the way, was extremely affordable. The team worked efficiently, left no mess behind, and my gutters are now spotless and functioning perfectly. It’s rare to find such honest, high-quality service these days. I’ll absolutely be using Ken’s Gutters again and highly recommend them!

Ken's Gutters did a fantastic job on ALL of our Warehouses at Sun Coast Cycle Sports!! Took great before and after photos. The office Staff was wonderful to deal with, especially Sarah!! Would highly recommend and we have already set up our future gutter cleaning with them!!

They were great! From Sarah who helped scheduling the appointment, to the contractor that came to do the work. They were polite, professional, and did an amazing job. Completely cleaned out my gutters and followed up with exceptional pictures. I would recommend them and use them again.

Very poor and incomplete service.
3 of 4 downspouts were not cleaned. At first only back gutter was cleaned but had to come back and clean front gutter. I was supposed to get before and after photos but did not get that as he had my wrong phone number. The office acknowledged that both gutters front and back were requested by me. The office had my correct number.
Debris left in yard and lanai. He only blew leaf blower in gutter and said maybe his rake was stolen. I said the few leaves in backyard was ok as i there wasnt much as now I know why.
My thinking was the downspouts need to be cleaned so the water can find a way out yet being blocked by stuffed downspouts. This defeated the whole purpose of having gutters cleaned in the first place.

Been using Ken's Gutters since 2022. They are great and book your appointments in advance for future services so you don't forget. I love getting the before and after pictures so I know it was done and done well! :)
