Our experience with Velocity was seamless and we were very happy with them UNTIL I had the misfortune of having to speak to an EXTREMELY RUDE lady regarding our final inspection. I will not name names as I am merely forewarning that if you need to discuss your county inspection, hopefully you won't have to speak to her! I called the end of day that I had written down for the inspection and wanted to let them know that no one had shown up. (Of course, the “inspection scheduling lady” wasn’t available the day I called to schedule either.) I was told to call the next day as the “inspection scheduling lady” had already left. Before I could call the following morning, I received a call from a VERY RUDE and IMPATIENT woman telling me I was wrong. Fine. IF that's that case, (which I absolutely do NOT believe it was) then so be it. However, she felt the need to continually berate me despite me saying that I would call her back if the supposedly scheduled day would not work. Honestly, this disgruntled, rude employee of Velocity’s seriously tainted our whole experience with them! Quite disappointing and very unnecessary. As a business owner, if an employee of mine treated a client the way she treated me, she would need to look for new employment. PS We purchased 2 new AC systems from them. Show a little respect even if you don't like your job.

On time. Very considerate of keeping the house clean and picking up before leaving. The unit works excellent, people are very friendly and professionals. Install was very quick and it looks great. I would recommend then.

Had a new system put in with warranty in 2021. We also signed up for the monthly fee for 2 tune ups (clean outs) a year through velocity. Compressor and hard start both went out in 2023. Even with warranty, cost $1,600. We also had them add a surge protector. In 2024 the unit blew a fuse, cost $150. In 2025 the hard start went out again along with a board and our thermostat. Another $1,000 out of pocket. During this service, we were charged a clean out for $216. This service was performed, but when we called to see if we could get credit for this charge and use our “second” tune up/clean out for the year as it had not been done, we were told no even though we pay monthly for it and contract it through velocity. It’s frustrating to pay $10k for a system with warranty and presentative service, and have it break down 3 times in four years at an out of pocket cost of an additional $3k, with no willingness to partner on even the smallest of things… a $200 clean out that we pay monthly for.

Tony Yount was our technician today and did an excellent job replacing our hard start capacitor and UV element. Tony explained that both repairs were necessary to keep our air conditioning unit running at an optimum level. Tony answered all of our questions and we found him to be highly efficient and knowledgeable. Well done, Tony!

Met with Sam today for air duct cleaning, turns out I needed more than that. There was mold forming in my A/C unit. Sam showed and explained to me how to treat it, with no pressure. He begun the treatment, very happy with the recommendation. Thank you so much Sam….

Ric was out to do a maintenance check up on our HVAC system. He was very respectful, He answered all my questions, and gave me some tips on different stuff. I will be asking for him next time i need anything. The only thing i had to pay for was my membership renewal. Great job Ric thank-you for everything.

I would highly recommend this company I had the best experience Scheduling and they came right out, and Toni explained everything with me and the technician Jason He did an excellent job Putting in a new motor in the air handler, he sure is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing If you need any work done to your AC unit, I highly recommend calling them. They came right out immediately diagnose the problem and fixed it and it’s running like brand new.

Professional all the way!!!! Shane and helper did a great job installing a new 4 ton unit. They are quick to respond - only out one day . Second day installed . A very good job

While Velocity was not our first choice, we were able to work with the team to get everything that was needed, in record time, and at 1/2 the cost of the other quotes received. The team was courteous, professional, and conscious of the fact that we have animals in the home. They were here for about 1/2 the day and my home was cleaner when they left than when the job was started. When a discrepancy was found in the work done vs. what was charged, the owner immediately apologized and sent the team back on our schedule to take care of it. I would definitely recommend Velocity!

I can’t say enough good things about Velocity! I had three other companies come out to check our AC, and every one of them told me it was working fine—even though our house would heat up to 80 degrees by midday. I kept trying to explain that our unit was too small for our home, especially with our high vaulted ceilings, but no one listened.

Then I called Velocity. Not only did they actually take the time to investigate the issue, but they also confirmed exactly what I suspected—the unit was too small. They found a larger system that could fit in our tight attic space and took care of everything.

Now, our house stays cool all day long, and it’s made such a difference in how comfortable our home feels. On top of that, our power bill has dropped a lot! Thank you, Velocity, for actually fixing our problem and getting the job done right!

Brandon consulted with us about repair vs replace our A/C unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We feel confident that our new unit will be satisfactory. I'll follow up after the install. AJ came out with the portable A/C units, and we are so grateful for this additional service while we wait for the install of our new unit... to be continued. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with our new unit and the services provided.

Roberto was wonderful: courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, informative, etc. A great credit to his profession as well as the company that employs him, Velocity Air. Both will always be welcome here.

Just had a new Trane AC unit installed at my home today. First, Velocity does an outstanding job of communicating with me and adjusting my install date because something came up and needed to move it out a week. Secondly, The team that did the install were 5 Star technicians. Austin and Eddie are polite and professional. They explained everything clearly to my satisfaction. They executed work timely and quietly (as quite as they could be). They cleaned up the work area nicely.

I plan to have an AC installed at another property in the coming months.... I will request this outstanding team (Austin and Eddie). Velocity, make sure you keep these two on the team!

Austin, Eddie was great with the install A++. I just wish the salesperson would have told me about more efficient train units and the benefits of each one because he only gave me two options. Because I would have gone with the higher SEER if I knew about them, at least the next model up because it has the new communication system, TrainLink option, and better rebates. Please train your salesperson to know all the options to present to the customer. I don't know if he's not being trained enough, but he was very nice and professional. He just didn't give me all the options, and that's the only thing I'm upset about the job.

Brad came out today and was very thorough in explaining the type of AC unit I have. Also explained how best to use the unit and what to expect from it. I am pleased with the service and the prompt response in getting the unit running again.

Richard was absolutely fantastic! Very personable and was even great with our toddler who was adamant on also sitting with him with his own “tools”. We really appreciate how quickly Velocity came out and replaced our old system. A great price as well! Would definitely recommend.

Great job, fully installed new unit fast at a competitive price and even came out and looked at my old unit to diagnose the repair cost vs new install for free after earlier same day i was charged $624 from one hour air whos work was pointless and offensive. Thanks for the help, truly appreciate it.

Tony and Ric were absolutely wonderful! Tony is so knowledgeable and explained everything in full detail. They are both super professional and you are lucky to have them on your team! I will and do highly recommend Velocity!

Great Experience. Sales person Tony that did a quote on Sat afternoon was professional and very knowledgeable.

Sold the unit late Sat night and had his crew scheduled for 9am Sunday morning the next day. Installers Austin and Eddie showed up early and worked extra hard to get done in 4 hours.

Financing option was great. 0% with nothing down.

Austin & Eddie installed our new heating & air-conditioning unit. They were very knowledgeable & patiently answered our questions. They used a drop cloth & cleaned up any debris they might have left. They did a great job. Matt & Ace helped with some final little tweaks with the thermostat & the heating vents. We were very satisfied with the fantastic job they did too.

I received an HVAC Assessment for repairs from Kody. Jaison did his assessment as well prior to and completing the repairs. I must say they were both very kind, courteous and professional. Megan you’re just Amazing and so Awesome, she has that personal touch that makes you feel very comfortable, just so nice and kind. She’s such a great people person.
Sheila and Ashley were very nice , patient , helpful, returned my calls, texted and kept me up to date with everything . Megan and Sheila Immediately put me on the list for service , which I didn’t have to wait so long as I didn’t have any heat. Velocity also covered my warranty as I had an issue with the manufacturer warranty.
Matt, Kody and Jaison all greeted me very kindly and enthusiastically. They asked me to describe what the issue /concern was with the system. Also what steps I had taken to fix or address the issue. They listened very patiently. Matt, Kody and Jaison both did their own assessment and was very thorough. They each took their time and explained to me with each step what they were doing and what the various readings/codes meant. They gave me a brief explanation of how a HVAC system works and what each part is supposed to do and how they work to keep the system heated/cool. I appreciate Matt, Jaison and Kody taking the time to give me a thorough explanation.
They figured out problem, provided a quote with an option for an extended maintenance. Informed me the part would be ordered and covered under my current warranty with Velocity, which was a relief. The price was great and reasonable which allowed me to move forward with the repairs also the quick turnaround time for completion of repairs with in 24 -48 hours.

Whether you’re in the field or in the office you’re all truly valued and I appreciate all
of the help from the Velocity Team. Definitely a thanks to Justin, for his patience, kindness and professionalism, definitely 10 stars for his outstanding Management skills.

You’re truly a blessing and I’m thankful and grateful they were able to assist us in our time of need. Matt, Jaison and Kody’s knowledge , and patience is/was phenomenal. It’s not everyday you meet people who are willing to be patient and caring about what they do, everyone went above and beyond and , I’m truly grateful .They definitely take pride in their career path and that’s a blessing for us.
