I can’t say enough good things about this company. Bluewater AC was honest, trustworthy, and truly went above and beyond for me. From the moment they showed up, I could tell they actually cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done fast. They explained everything clearly, were upfront about pricing, and treated me with total respect the whole way through.

It’s hard to find companies like this anymore. I really appreciate their professionalism and how they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I wouldn’t call anyone else for AC work, these guys are the real deal!

They are wonderful first I spoke with Brad who came over to check our AC which wasnt working and he explained to us all the problems our AC had and we decided on doing a brand new AC unit. From there i spoke to Leeann who took care of the financing part and she was wonderful and made everything easy. The next day our AC Installation was done by Zayon and Steve they were very professional and let me know every step.of install. Than I spoke to Jamica about final payment and she was very sweet and professional as well. This all happened in a 2 day period just AWESOME 👌..

Ric was my AC tech for a tune up and he was wonderful and patient explaining his process and I felt truly heard with my concerns about the unit not running as efficiently as it could. I’m now hopeful the company will collaborate with me on a long term solution. Thanks, Ric!

3/30/2025 two days after installation the condenser unit outside is not working properly, cycling on and off every 20-30 seconds. Called first thing this morning and was told someone would be out 10-12.......so far no call, no show. I called them again and explained the details once more, received a text that the technician was delayed on earlier call and should be calling with ETA.

UPDATE- Technician Tim arrived at 1:30pm and went to work on the condenser unit outside. He was outside for about 30-40 minutes and determined that the pressure switch needed adjustment. He said that we should not have any more issues.

Rick was very professional and friendly. He evokes honesty and trustworthiness. I trusted everything he said/recommended.

I would think twice before using Veterans! I have them come by for estimates and retyping, and their price was $16,000. I had indicated I had an estimate for $7000. The service technician said we should have no problem beating that. He came back with a price of over 10,000. I called Wimpys And they did it for under 7K in and out in a matter of a few hours where Veterans said it would take three days people you need to research who you call And get estimates.

Was prompt with his appointments, product knowledge was excellent and made sure that the product and installation me? NO!

I purchased a complete system and paid $17,000 plus. I thought that was a good price until I a few friends of mine showed me what they paid. Follow up service leads a lot to be desired. They Have already had their service people back to complete what the county needs completed. they expect their customers to make whatever accommodations necessary to make it easy on them to get over and make these changes. I live in a gated community and twice today I get a call that a service person is trying to gain entrance. I knew nothing about this. Typical of what it’s been like dealing with them. And I would not ever recommend them to anyone that I know.

Velocity continues to be an excellent firm to work with from install to service. Today Rae was so capable, professional and polite. He is an absolute asset to Velocity!!
